That sounds good...what brand protein powder did you find in mango?

As I mentioned before, I am going with LC for right now...but I want my strawberry smoothie! You mentioned before that you never really go back through induction after falling off...my fruit smoothie shouldn't mess me up right!?!? It is still LC.

I think if you've been eating HC...going to LC (with fruit) is fine... i tried to do induction this month but forgot nuts aren't a part of it. I don't count anything. I just eat low carb and i lost 5 pounds in 4 days.

I have to tell you the brand another day, i threw the container out and put it in tupperware (more space)...jason has the mango at his house (in the container...ask me again this weekend)...we buy it at vitamin shoppe, but i can't remember brand.

I don't count either...I just eat what is allowed. But I detest induction because it is so strict...I just do not feel like giving up on smoothies....esp after my workouts!

Ok, I will ask about the powder again this weekend. I need all the snacks I can get....oh and I am about to become best friends with the pumpkin again! lol

Congrats on the loss girl!

It would appear that my original team member isn't coming back, so I'll stick with Marie and Chantillian (may I not live to regret that one! ).

Worked out again tonight - 45 minutes around the circuit.

Hello...When I first started exercising I was terrible. I felt like I would die. I would get on the treadmill for only 10 to 15 mins. Everyday I added on about 5 minutes and it actually got easier and obviously I didn't die...lol. Believe it or not the body has the ability to adapt quickly. We just have to be persistent and not give up. Mind over matter.

HTH...good luck to you!

The elliptical in my opinion is one of the hardest to start out on. But just do the 5 minutes and work at it for a few times then up it one minute and do that again for a few times. Just work it up little by little. I remember when I first tried the stair climber. Boy that was hard. I think I could do 2 min before I quit. Now I can do 30 minutes without absolutely dying. Its kinda of like riding a bike. It takes time and persistent to get it right.

Well I am watching BL right now but after this I will hit the gym because then it will be a bit quieter and I can use the dumbells without anyone bugging me. That will make workout #4 for this week. I decided not to sign up for skating lessons and instead just go to the yoga classes at my gym. I used to do hot yoga at a studio and miss it so I figure its the next best thing and it wouldn't cost me anything extra because its all included in my membership.

I have had a really busy day.. I spent the whole thing cleaning up my fiance's sons room. Doesn't sound like much, but it was. lol. That kids has the worst room I have ever seen. My fiance has been with just him, his brother and 3 kids. So you know its going to take awhile to get things straightened out here. I do consider that activity for the day.

No breaky

Stir fried chicken and veggies

Pan fried pork chop and small salad

It looks like we are all off to a strong start. Let's keep it going!

Actually, I've been the biggest one in the family for a very long time, so it's not really that. It's that I am just so tired of it. Tired of being the biggest one, tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin, even tired of being tired. I just want to finally, finally get to my goal and be happy with how I look. Just once before I die!

Hey everyone I am a late starter but i started my journey today. My confimation that i needed to lose weight was when i saw a picture i took with my husband at a banquet in nov and i started to cry. I am treating my situation as an addiction and exposing my most embarassing pics for me to hold myself accountable. Picture 1 is my avatar i took that today and i am going to take pics every month to witness my changes. I am glad to be here and up for the challenge.... i went from 218 to 170 2 year ago and gained it all back. So i begin my journey but it will not end. So Glad to be here hope you will have me

One point for eating on plan.I haven't been eating enough. I finished training at work and i am actually on the floor now ( i work in a call center). I came home and ate some wings and feel really sick now i am guessing the preservatives in it are messing me up.ugghh i hate preservatives! I have lost a pound since starting induction (this is my 3rd day) so that is good. I am not really going by weight (but who doesn't mind looking better) but by how i feel so its okay if the fat doesn't melt off.Anyone have any suggestions for getting yourself to eat more?

Two more points for me today. I worked out and ate on plan. My calorie deficit for the day should be right at around 1,000.

I guess I am at six points now.

To answer Stacy's question . . . my realization to lose weight came when nothing in my closet fit me anymore and I refused to buy new clothes.
