LOL...yeah me and hubby have to stoop to this level until we he has his vesectomy! We just came back from vacation and I forgot to pack them in the overnight bag, so I threw them in my purse! lol

I am amazed! I need to join this challenge but at this point in my life, I still need my crap.

Yes, I have one of those lipstick vibrators.... Besides the suggested use, I get migraines and it works on the tense muscles in my neck.

Crabs: Are they hermit crabs?

Long day, another long day tomorrow. I did stay on plan and while I didn't do any structured exercise my iPod pedometer clocked me in at 10,886 steps today. Whew! I knew it felt busy.

Hey JULIAS.....I have the body bug too(Gowearfit)...I love it,but the website drives me nuts.My total calorie burn will say 2600,but when I click the tab it will say like 1400(example)....is the 1400 just my resting metobolic rate and the rest what I actually burned?Did you have the 1 hour free consultation when you bought yours?Thanks...

Hi all....just checking in....OP yesterday, walked 2.5 miles, rode stationary 1.5 miles = 4, 20 min. ab/cardio workout, 2 shakes & rotel dish for supper, 64 oz. H20. Only lost 1/2 pound so far....getting .

eating has been on plan, getting my 100 oz water, but still need to get some exericise in. I weighed today and have lost 5 lbs since re-starting.


oh - and those small vibrators are great for long commutes!!

Got my gym bag packed for another exciting workout today. OK, they're not exciting, but the results ARE!

Last night I made myself a cheeseburger with some onions grilled in the pan with it, then remembered I am supposed to be doing meat and eggs this week. Oh well, at least I stayed on plan.
