Lisa, I'd love to team up with you. I guess we'll hope for a little luck because I'm an active poster, too. What's your diet and exercise plan like? Just curious.

No matter what team we end up on, we're so motivated that I know we'll kick butt and lose weight! Go girl!

Sounds good, Sunny! No harm in us chatting or helping each other out anyway, right? I am doing LC and also watching calories at this point. I try to exercise at least 5 days per week. I do WATP dvd's and Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. And you?

Lisa, I noticed that you do shakes and a meal(s)! So, do I! I'm on Medifast, so I do at least 4 shakes, and then I split up my Lean & Green between lunch and dinner. I noticed that you are planning on running a 5K; I'm also planning on running a 5K in the near future.

You've lost a lot of weight and are very close to goal. Go, Lisa!

Getting ready for the week!

Cooked 7 HB eggs in my egg cooker
Made 1 batch egg custard
Fried 1 pound of bacon

I may make chicken salad too if my celery isn't over the hill.

I love it too! It's really helpful when I'm eating meat and eggs.

Custard

4 eggs
2 cups Calorie Countdown milk (or half and half if you can't find it)
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
¼ cup sweetener
¼ tsp. nutmeg

Whisk together and strain

Pour into four ramekins

Bake for 35 minutes in a 1 inch water bath @ 350 degrees

I like mine a little creamier, so I tend to take it out after 30 minutes. To test for doneness, insert a knife into the center of one of the cups. If it comes out clean, it's done.

I forgot you are on WW. You could use skim milk. It averages out to be one egg per serving. I use liquid Splenda, and put in 10 drops. I think that's more sweetness than 1/4 cup of granulated, but I like it.

I need to do some more prep too, but I've got this huge turkey in my oven! I have a few cottage cheese muffins in the freezer and enough turkey bacon for a couple of days.
At least I know I won't run out of protein anytime soon. This will be the first time I've ever had turkey without stuffing or cranberry sauce. I guess it will still be delicious.

Netrition carries it. I think they call it EZ Drops. Let me research that for you.
