i bought a really cute dress for christmas that is a size smaller than i currently wear.. my goal is to get into it by christmas. if not, then by new years LOL.

my major goal is obviously exercise. as its where i'm struggle the most. so rather than menus i'll likely post some exercise stuff too.

dinner will be ground beef again.

My goal is 135 so I have 47 pounds to go!

Well Cle had I gone to all of those places I probably would have gained as well. Who wants to be on a diet vacationing in those fine places. Don't worry you'll get it off. You've already done good getting 15 off. Keep on chipping away at it.

My goal is 170 lbs., at least for now! The lowest I've been in like 20 years was 160 lbs. and I looked really skinny at that weight. I'm 5'-7" with a large frame. I used that test with your elbow bones and it came back large frame so I'm claiming it! LOL So, about 35 pounds til first goal and then re-evaluate!

The lowest I can remember was 174 and people thought I was a crackhead....they kept saying you're too skinny now...

I need accountability...I am basically following a low fat plan which has been pretty good for me. I have gotten the hang of portion control which I swore I couldn't but I did. I am teetering between 182 - 185, but I want to get these last pounds off and make it to my goal of 150ish - 160ish!

OMG! You did not just say that! You are too funny! I think 174 pounds on a 5'-7" woman is pretty dang good. I think to get out of the "overweight" limit for the BMI calculation you have to be 169 pounds at 5'-7" (or something like that). I would just like to get out of the obese section

Right now I'm a comfy size 16, can fit in 14's, but ultimately would love to be a size 10.

lol...you know Gracie...you'll get to know me...I pretty much say whatever I usually don't have to repent for.... yeah on my wii...I think they want me at 155...yeah I was 9 when I saw that last...I miss 14's....sooon!!

Yes, they are too good!! I only tried them because they were like $.70 more than all the other apples in the store...I see why! YUM!
