Boot Camp Challenge! Oct 26 thru Nov 8

I'm recruiting YOU for two weeks of boot camp, starting Monday (the 26th)!
That's 14 days of Induction levels on carbs plus exercise.

This is Round #4, but we're always looking for new members! We will post and chart our start weight and waist on Monday morning, then post our carbs, calories (optional), and exercise daily. Then, at the end we will re-post our weights and waist measurements and calculate the difference! If you don't wish to post certain info, that's fine too.

Our fearless leader, Ozdancer, will be back on Monday to keep our data in the spreadsheet for us.

So, are you ready to put on your boots on Monday??? Full speed ahead!

I'd totally do it, Kathy, but we'll be on vacation next week. I know that I can stay low-carb and exercise, but there's no way in hell that I can promise that I won't drink! I will be keeping it low-carb though.

I'll catch you all the next cycle. Good luck with this new one.

ok i'm in but i'll be drinking on halloween....NOT alot and just prolly some wine....but that had been my scheduled drink day for 2 months now!!! i can't eat candy so i will have natures candy!!! so what are we doing i need STEP by STep instructions! this is my FIRST challenge and i'm sooooooooo hoping this will break my plateau!!! i LOVE this website!

Okay, here's the step-by-step:

1. On Monday morning, October 26, post your start weight and waist measurement. Oz will put it on the new spreadsheet (I may start it so we can look at it before she gets back).

2. Every evening for two weeks, starting on October 26, post your daily carbs, calories (optional), and hours of exercise.

3. The day AFTER the last day, November 9, we will re-post our weight and waist measurements, and then we will have the results!

welcome all... this will be my 3rd time here. Since I started in sept I have been in this challenge. so don't forget to put you daily hours of exercise. If anyone needs any tips or advice I am a cert personal trainer as a hobby.. And lord knows I spend alot of time in the gym a week.. it is a hobbygood luck and have fun... and its o.k we are here to support you so don't feel bad about anything. Just do your best and report, report,report...

Count me in, too. Newbie here (to the boot camp, not LC). I have my 30 yr. high school reunion coming up in 3 weeks and this my last ditch effort to lose BIG! My plan is meat/eggs and 1/2 & 1/2 for coffee. Maybe a bit of cheese and occasional vegies. I'll try to get to the computer in the evening but will it be okay if I post my carbs etc. EARLY the next morn. instead of in the evening?

I'm a newbie to this Boot Camp Challenge... but I like the idea!!

Ughh.. recording waist measurement & weight. That makes it very very REAL. =P

It's absolutely okay to post the next day! Actually that reminds me that when we post stats, we should also post what day they are for. It makes things a bit easier on the guarder of the spreadsheet.

Hi everyone!!!

This is my first boot camp, so I spent some time tonight prepping. I cut up raw veggies, boiled 12 eggs (6 for deviled) made tuna and chicken salad,grilled steak strips,and cooked up some buffalo wings. I also made a gallon of tea,and am cold brewing some coffee for my iced coffees. ( I am allowing myself ONLY one home made,cold brewed, iced-coffee sweetened with Da Vinci,plus 2 tbs. half/half per day)

My issue is that I believe myself to be gluton intolerant.So, I am going to do induction by the book,and take it a couple of steps further.

I am excited to get to know all of you!!!

I will post again in the morning with my starting weight.

cant wait till tomorrow... this is my 3 rd cycle as well.. I also made tuna salad, egg salad.. I am going to try and be diet coke free till halloween
