Well I changed my stats, I wait until I get a whole number and it stays around for a few days. So to I'm finally at a solid 129 and starting to up my gym time. See if I can tighen up the giggles Trying for 1/2 hr on treadmill, 1 hr on weight machines one day and then 1/2 hour eliptcal and 1 hour circuit the next and rest on the weekends. Just walking out side daily. My DH is a sweat heart he drags my butt there every morning. He knows he has to exercise for his heart so we do it together. The thing is once I get there I don't want to leave.

Wed. carbs 23 exercise 1 1/2 hrs. To cold to go walking.

Morning everyone, I suppose I should log my stats rather than just adding them to the spreadsheet. Not so good on the calories the last 2 days, due to lunch out and wine and increased hunger/cravings due to the wine. Managed to keep the carbs under control though and still exercising. And I must be doing something right as I weighed in this morning and my WiiFit FINALLY tells me my BMI is in the 'ideal range' and I'm down almost 2lbs since Monday - WOOHOO .

I'm sitting on 70.5kg this morning or 155lbs. I'm soo looking forward to that 7 becoming a 6, also another 2lbs and I'll be 10lbs from my ultimate goal. Wish me luck ladies.

Here's the spreadsheet to date - seem to be getting later reports and missing a few people. I've deleted those that never started so our averages get picked up. As a group we've done 94.62 hrs exercise, which is an average of 5.26hr each. So we have 4 days left at the same average we should be able to add about 37hrs to the total which is a little over 130hrs for the challenge. Do we think we can push that out to 140hrs between up us? I am dancing Saturday night so that'll help, but probably won't do a workout Sunday morning as I'll be decorating & preparing for DDs party @ 10am.

Here's the spreadsheet:-

Well you can put me down for another 1.5 hours for exercise today (Wednesday). When you see droplets of sweat on the TV while doing your workout video, you've got to be doing something right, right?! I'll post carbs later.

I think we can do it, Oz! Can you give us a daily update on exercise hours so we know how many we have to go? Or, maybe we can pledge to do X amount ahead of time to help us reach this goal?

Sure Kathy, I'll post how many combined hrs we've done and how many more each to reach the 140hr goal.

So up to date as of right now we have done 100.78 hrs. There are 3 full days left of this cycle so to add 40hrs we only need to 2.2hrs each which is about 45min/day for 3 days. We can so do this, very achievable.

So what are you doing still reading this - go do a workout!! NOW

Wed. stats-

carbs-30
exercise-45 min. total, 20 min. Oxycise, 25 min. brisk walk
weight-142

Crunch time! I'm not at all where I'd like to be before my reunion. If it weren't for this event I'd be happy with the losses, so I'm trying not to focus so much on that, but gosh if I could just see 139, even fleetingly, I'd be a happy camper

I didn't stick to my low cal day yesterday, but didn't do too badly with the carbs (darn wine).

You all are exercise warriors! Okay, off to Oxycise!!

OK so we have 103.11 hrs total ATM, so another 37hrs which is 0.7 hrs each per day on average. Not sure I'll be adding much to this as I'm deep in party prep and spending every spare minute at the sewing machine! Although I am dancing tomorrow night so maybe a couple hrs from me. I wonder how many calories are burned cutting, sewing & glueing for 3 hrs?

Had a busy day today, I can't believe all the energy I had this month. DH said I'm the energizer bunny. LOL But I got up this morning to find my ground covered in snow. It melted around noon and turned out to be a nice day, but this is a little early.

Oz do you get the cold weather and snow at all near you?

Carbs today 22 and exercise 1 1/2 hrs at the gym and a nice 1 hour walk today.

Misty, I'm in the tropics so no snow. Only gets to about 5/6 degress celcius at night in the middle of winter . Never seen snow up close before, when I was in Tasmania last September there was snow on the mountain one morning but we didn't go up the mountain to look at or touch it .

ETA:- Think Florida weather

Thanks Mooggie, I noticed they were missing earlier which isn't like you. Haven't had the time to go back looking for them though . On the spreadsheet now.

ETA:- so we're @ 106.61hrs total now. Hopefully a few more will come back with stats that are missing . Do you guys think it's worth sending some PMs?

Gaets, hope the extra exercise works for you. Definitely would recommend cardio as a decent hang-over cure (provided you are only a little hung over otherwise the coordination might not be there ). I guess carbage overload gets compared to a hangover here a lot so maybe it'll work well. Better off burning the carbs than storing them either way .

Remembered that sugardemon is away, so might have some extra hours from her once she is back. I've PM'd those MIAs that I can and we'll see who comes in to say hello.

20g carbs

I was really sore today (I did both Tony Horton AND Kathy Smith videos yesterday back-to-back) so I just did some walking and sweeping for the exercise time. Hoping to feel better tomorrow, but we'll see about that one!

Thurs stats-

carbs-20 (but not the greatest carbs)
exercise-35 total, 20 min. Oxycise, 15 min. brisk walk (started raining on me)
weight-141

I'm not doing as well as I had in the beginning of the challenge, but not too bad. When I don't see great results I tend to let things go. Not very good logic but that's what happens. I keep thinking if I had stuck to plan like I had promised myself WAY back in July I would probably been at goal by the reunion. Why do I never learn? I am glad that I stuck to exercising, which is HUGE for me! Sorry, had to vent a bit.

No hang-over OZ, but diffinitly TOO MUCH JUNK FOOD...i punish myself and i overdo on cardio...think about twice the next time... for me it works as long as i have the time and i did...no watching t.v. until i was done...never got to watch t.v....exercise took all my time ...mind you the WATP program i do love doing so it's not a big chore.
