I actually went out and played football for an hour with my son. So that was good. I am also a Cert Personal Trainer as a hobbie. I got my cert, because I could not afford a trainer on my own. So for the same amount of money it would cost for like 2 months I went and got it at NASM. ORG. So, I do have friends I train for fun. But I also work at a elem school and I have 15 special needs, ( mild) kiddos. That I love. It is so much fun.

Me too , well not just yet as what I'm doing currently is working. More for what I can do (or get away with not doing ) for maintenance.

Logging my food/exercise for Tuesday:-
Upper Body weight + cardio & yoga workout (1hr)
B - 2 poached eggs, 3 sml short-cut pieces of bacon fried & green tea
L - Chicken Ceasar Salad (lrg)
Walk/jog (45min)
D - Chicken mignon with fried pumpkin, mushrooms & cabbage
Dsrt - Whipped chocolate cream

Carbs 22g / Calories 1768
Exercise 1.75hr

Feelin'Great! - congrats on getting enough calories. I'm not sure how this is a problem for you though . I think this cycle I want to average closer to 1700 with the amount & intensity of exercise I am doing. So far so good today. OK off to make the cream desert so I can be honest to my log.

Good morning and happy Tuesday!!

Plan for the day:

BJodys pumpkin bake (5)
LGreen Chile Quiche and a large spinache/romaine salad with Italian (6)
DShrimp (0)
Snacks Almonds (3) sunbutter (2)

Total Carbs16

No exercise planned today.

I love to see runners, personal trainers, and in general all the exercisers we have here! It'll keep me motivated to go to the gym, which I love once I'm in a routine, but it's hard to drag myself there to get started......

Have a great Tuesday!!

Must be ketosis. I'm just almost never hungry and always very busy. I waste a bit of time sitting here on the computer but I just don't feel the need to eat. Sometimes I try to force-feed myself, but that just makes me nauseous.

Yesterday I made a shake in my Magic Bullet with HWC, protein powder, water, and a few strawberries (strawberries account for the higher carb count yesterday). It was great and it added a lot of calories and bumped up my protein intake by 27 grams! I find shakes are easy to "eat" when I'm not hungry, so I will be adding them in. I did a little search for shakes here at LCF last night and came across an OLD thread about Fawn's Green Shakes. I'm going to read up some more and try one. I'll get this right eventually! It's a learning process, eh?

I added a Tbsp of coconut oil to my coffee this morning. Someone at LCF said it helped reduce the appearance of her cellulite, so I'm jumping on THAT train! I'm going to see what it will do for me.

Have a wonderful day everyone, will be back tonight to check in!

Hi Feelin' Great! I luv your name and thank you so much for the welcome

I'm actually 5' 4" and will be happy to be around 100 pounds. I have a problem with cellulite and MUST get rid of it at all cost!

So far I've had a mushroom swiss burger sans bun for brunch
I have 2 hard boiled eggs for later

I have to work tonight at p-t job so may not exercise today either - I hope to still feel like getting on the treadmill when I get home...... we'll see

I have been stuck at 109 for quite some time despite doing really well on keeping my carb count around 20. I know that lack of exercise is part of it.... so y'all kick me if I start slackin' ok

OK I'm IN AGAIN!
I will post my starting weight tomorrow Wednesday 09/30/09

Here's the thing though... I won't be doing Induction Eating. Due to my hypothyroidism and thus completely screwed upmetabolism I always gain in Induction eating. So I'm going to be combining my low carb with JUDD which is radical daily calorie cycling. Hope thats ok?

Hi all. it's my daughters birthday, so I am going to thave to make up run later today. I woke up at 4:30 am and then got ready and then went back to sleep. I just did not her awake by herself. So I went to the dougnut store and got a dozen and then her a ballon. On Tuesdays we take a bunch of kids to high school, so it worked out perfect for them to eat it. ihad bacon and eggs. Not sure where she wants to go for din, din, so she'll let me know later. She jas Karate (she's a black belt). Now that she turned 14 she is a real one...

FeelinGreat- I love that shake with the water and cream and ice and powder. I saw it in the 6 week belly cure at the book store so I put in my brain and remembered it and it is so good. Any questions you have, I will do my best to answer it. I very book smart about Personal Training stuff. But Tech stuf cause I don't work in the enviroment I lack.. But I can figure anything out, so no worries.

carbs around 8 carbs so far. Dinner is I have no idea where.

Breakfast, bacon, eggs, coffee.
lunch- salad with chick, avocado, blue cheese,
snack- yummy protein shake.

have to run later. I hate running in the afternoon, so I may just blow it off and hit it: hard the rest of the week. I will make up the hours...

<20 for carb grams. I made a roast today, and with all the slimy good vegetables, well, it's really tough to count exact carbs and calories, but I didn't have that many of the veggies so I am quite sure I am under 20 for the day.

2 hours walking for the exercise part.

great work on exercise Stephanie & Kathy.

Kathy, I am weighing the whole meal and then guessing my serving at about 1/4 or 1/3, etc. I know my calories are not 100% but even if I'm within 100calories of what I'm recording ATM I'm happy with that.

Back from dance class and I've had the slice of LC Cheesecake so my carbs & calories are up - 26g & 2039 respectively. Nutridiary still say's I've eaten 637 calories less than my daily quota based on my BMR, exercise, etc. and how much weight I've told it I want to loose a week. Gonna take my face off and get to bed so I can be fresh for my LB weights workout tomorrow. Take care and have a great Wednesday.

Yes, I have done that before, but this time I just threw stuff in the crock-pot and thought about it later. Everything in there was low-carb, but the amounts are sketchy.

I don't know what it is, could be a lot of things, but it looks like my weight-loss has sped up again! I lost another pound this morning, after losing one just two days ago.

Today has been good, was very tired yesterday, going to school, classes and such, so today I feel more energized, not sure what i'll do for workouts, but It'll be something. been having lots of veggies in stir fries, which is very convenient and quick, i feel much better not having dairy. can't wait to see my results in two weeks.
