Checking in...been out for the day, and havent had anything to eat. Not smart.
But not much happening. On plan..the scale moved a little bit, so thats good. Will probably be up tomorrow as I havent had any water yet today, and doubt I will be able to get in my allotment for the day before bedtime. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. ![]() |

Hi Ladies...
I made an experiment for dinner tonight and it turned out pretty good so I thought I would share it. Ingredients The meat from 1 chicken, cooked and chopped 1 19 oz can Las Palmaas Enchilada Sauce 1 4 oz can of diced Chilis 1 1/2 cups yogurt made from Heavy Whipping cream (or sour cream, carb count will change if sour cream is used) 1/4 cup diced onion 2 tsp taco seasoning 8 large eggs, beaten 1 cup fresh salsa 5 cups cheddar cheese Directions Chop the chicken and spread in 9X13 baking dish Beat the eggs, and add the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese. Beat well. Pour mixture over chicken in pan. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Place dish on baking sheet, and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Serves 8 Please note that if you use sour cream instead of yogurt made with Heavy Whipping Cream, the carb count will increase. Number of Servings: 8 Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user WYTERAYVEN. Wow, what happened to our thread?? Where did everybody go?
I'm still on plan.... I've just been super busy. I haven't been able to get below 178 either! I really need to re-induct to get things moving but with traveing a lot I've been eating l/c bread, nuts, and atkins bars. I can maintain eating that stuff but not loose! I've been enjoying wearing smaller clothes and adjusting to my smaller size so all in all I'm doing good! Dawn, glad to see your still doing great! Your recipe sounds yummy!! I made the sausage pumkin soup yesterday to keep me warm since it snowed here over the weekend! Kris, are you still with us? Anyone else?? Ok, another busy Monday!! ![]() |

Heyy, I'm still here, sorry about my hiatus. For some reason I couldn't get on the boards on my laptop, but it would let me on on my bberry, weird. Last time I got on the scale I was 171.5, I haven't been eating on plan at all. It's been a stressful 10days, but I'm back working out and going to the grocery store tomorrow for more Chicken Sausage...how's everyone else doing? hope all is well!

Hi Kris, I'm afraid this thread is dying! I check it every day but no one is posting. Get back on plan you were doing so good!! I'm also trying to crack down and get the scale moving agian. I'm going to try and stick with meat and eggs for a day or 2 and see if I can get the scale to budge I'm still 9 pounds from Halloween goal!
Anyone else out there?? |
