Just a quick fly by, SG and I are going road tripping: mini vacation, just he and I. I am having a wonderful, restful weekend, much needed.

AWWW THank you everyone!!!!

Last night was fantastic! But off plan. And now I'm up... but I don't really care. Yesterday morning I was 186.6!!!!!! That is the lowest I have weighed in the past 2 years, I think. I think 187 was my lowest as far as I can remember from the past 2-3 years.... so I finally broke it!! Though temporary (and VERY dehydrated), now I know it's there lurking!

I'm exhausted but going to enjoy the day at a bbq. Hopefully it will be ON PLAN but I know me. It might not be. I'll see. I have no appetite right now because I'm horridly hungover. And I've been eating a lot of nuts lately. It will be better

Sam, I'm so glad you had fun. Enjoy the barbecue and just consider this your birthday weekend. Then tomorrow, business as usual. That's what I'd do.

Passed on the 2 cakes, one with ice cream & carmel and chocolate cake the other chocolate and cream, giant chocolate chip cookie and ice cream..

I did it!

I think I am going to have DH put a steak on the grill for me..maybe a pork steak too! Ketosis here I come.

Hi....I won't be able to even check in tomorrow morning. I am getting up bright and early to go to Des Moines, IA (150 mi East of here) to pick up my friend with the partial foot amputation, bring her back to Omaha and put her on a plane to Phoenix.

I always check in online when I fly, but for some reason they won't let me check her in online and get her boarding pass so I am going to have to do the "waiting in line" at the airport. Sure glad our airport isn't as busy as some in the country.

Then when I get back home after she leaves, I'm spending the rest of the evening with my youngest DD.

So, my friends...I guess I'll see ya all on Wednesday.

I am on day 2 carb deplete and have lost 5.5lb. since working with Wendy. I am very happy and by the ebd of carb deplete I will be well into the 160's AGAIN

I am back after being gone with SG. We had a good time and I felt like I relaxed. Now, back to the grind stone. I had an interview today with an acupuncturist and tomorrow an interview with a LMT. I am interviewing them for my paper for my course. I also am making Black Bean Brownies for our TOPS picnic along with a layered salad. I also needed to make my flax muffins too. It has been a busy day already. Now I need to go and exercise, I didn't get that in this morning.

Linda, congrats on the wt loss.

notice in the local papers indicated the road route to be taken and the
approximate time.

Nowadays one can be led to believe that America no longer respects Honor and
no longer honors sacrifice outside the military. Be it known that there are
many places in this land where people still recognize the courage and
impact of total self-sacrifice. Georgia remains one of those graceful
places.
