Working at a job you hate can be very draining! Bla! Be good to yourself and do something you LOVE tonite! I used to light candles and have bubble baths and just relax with music and a good book when I was single and needed a break. Didn't take any money so that was good. I think the exercise will start helping you too! Are you getting enough rest at night? That always makes a big difference with me.

Good point.See, thats why I'm having a hard time even fitting in the walk that I had planned on doing. I get home at 6. Start dinner, get Sara settled, clean up after dinner, get Sara a bath, ready for bed, to bed. Then I get her cloths and my cloths all ironed and laid out for the next day. I just feel like by the time I stop its like 9:30 and then I'm trying to get to bed. Heck, last night I squeezed in my 7 minutes right before I went to bed. |

It's blazing outside here! BUT the humidity is lower so I may do that later. First I am going to go pick up the vacuum cleaner and then get the tires rotated. Then I will go home and shine up the main bathroom (my one goal for today) and maybe do some kind of exercise if I have any time or energy left!

Sooooo, I joined FB a while ago. Never really had anyone on there. Then last Friday night, added in all my friends from school. NOW, I LOVE Facebook! Makes a huge difference, when you don't have FB friends.... LOL

Hi again
My goal was to purge 15 items from my closet--purged 16. I also went through one of my stored boxes and found 28 more for a grand total of 44!!! I still have lots more boxes--3 or 4 so tomorrow is another day. I'm very pleased with my progress. |

whew, I'm home. why in the world did I let myself regress this much.
![]() I don't know the distance I walked and don't even care. right now I think I'm mostly going to focus on making sure I get a reasonable amount of time in (around 30 min) until I can do that without feeling like I'm going to die ![]() ![]() ![]() I walked somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes today. I did add in a few spurts of SLOW running but I can't do that much or for long. I'm afraid at this weight it will hurt me more than help so I don't want to push too much. just a short burst and then walk then another short burst etc. until I feel better as I go. I really hate this and want to go cry now. ![]() came home and am drinking some lemon water. may make some sf lemonade later as a treat with the rest of the lemons I have in the fridge. also got some steaks marinading. I don't usualy marinade but they are a cheaper cut and so figured maybe it would help. hope it turns out ok. I didn't use a recipe, lol. (that can be really good or really bad).
