Waaaaa!!!

We got a GREAT deal on our daughters bedroom suit (I think I mentioned that.......oh, probably 6 zillion times or so ) and DH went over today to add a bookcase to the order.

NOW they have a bed like the one I posted here before (that white one with the drawers under it to save space) AND it's significantly less money than the other place so we could get that just as cheap as what we ended up getting.

Now.....should we cancel this and go back to the original space saving girls white furniture or keep the sleigh bed and cherry furniture?

It's a tough call. I could SCREAM!!

I want NEW (I know, not the smartest way to buy a car, lol but I LIKE them). I'm trying to at least look at newer used. I really would like a small SUV. I love the van because I like sitting up higher. I just feel I see better. BUT don't want another van.

why are so many used cars grey, silver or blue? I don't want ANY of those colors. I could handle grey if it's a dark charcoal type grey but not the light ones.

oh, and of course he has to get me to the airport on Sunday night so that's more driving the blazer on the freeway.

ugh. I just feel terrible.

I did find someone to go tow it for us. have NO idea what it's going to cost. He's going to take it to our mechanic on Monday (he picked it up today but is just going to keep it on the truck till then). they are going to just add the tow cost to our bill with the mechanic.

part of me just really wants to say forget it and go buy a new car, but the other part of me really doesn't want car payments right now. I hate this.
I'm sorry.

option 1: stick with what we bought....
twin cherry sleigh bed
doublefeathertop mattress and boxspring
wardrobe (REALLY nice!!)
chest of drawers
bookcase
nightstand

total: barely over 1300

option 2: get the white bunk space saver
saves space
still would have to find a matching wardrobe and bookcase

benefit of option 2: more space in the room, she gets the bed I wanted as a kid , play space underneath and sleep space on top

benefit of option 1: the wardrobe is amazing, as is the bed. The bed will be more comfortable and we can sit on the edge of the bed when we're reading her stories

Don't get something you will not be happy with. It doesn't matter if you save tons on it if you're not happy.

I've never had a new car, other than the company car.

Oh Peskie, I don't know what to tell you. Just make the best decision you can at this point. You can always change it out in the future if it doesn't fit your needs. (((hugs)))

Exactly but not new, Stews, new is just a huge waste of money. We never buy new.

I'm so sad that Sara Palin is resigning. I don't know all the background but she's so cool.
