I lost 4 more pounds!! Woooooo hoooooo!!!! So that's 11 pounds total since I started.

I was going to weigh tomorrow but I have tomorrow off and heading to the beach with Sara, my dad and stepmom and we ususally stop for ice cream so I figured I'd weigh today so I could have a cheat - or treat - tomorrow.

Yay Amy!!! I lost another 1/2 pound. That's about 8 or 9 pounds since the doctor said I need to lower my cholesterol. I am pretty happy though if I hadn't gotten off plan so much I would have lost more.

Chewie, when do you go to discuss the results with the doctor?

If you have Dairy Queen they have a vanilla-orange bar that's like 90 calories. I always get that when I go there now and I feel like I am cheating but I'm not!

Actually its funny...DQ is where we always go after the beach. Ever since I was a kid. But I ain't getting no 90 calorie deal! Blizzard baby!

Meant to post in here...cuz I thought DP might know a little about this...but I guess my stepbro is having a hard time in training in Cali. Remember he went into the Marines with the hopes of doing recon. Well he isn't doing so great at the holding his breath thing. He's in the middle of the Navy Seals training and they need him to hold his breath for 3 - 4 minutes and I guess he just can't do it. Guess he's really upset about this. I dunno how long he can hold it for. But I also don't know what happens if he just can't do it. Poor kid.

it is hot hear today. going to be in the 90's the next couple days. I know that doesn't mean much to YOU over on the east that gets this all the time, but it's really HOT for us here. maybe God is trying to condition me for my trip, LOL
