I walked somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes today. I did add in a few spurts of SLOW running but I can't do that much or for long. I'm afraid at this weight it will hurt me more than help so I don't want to push too much. just a short burst and then walk then another short burst etc. until I feel better as I go.

Now if one of us wrote this post what would you tell us? Would you tell us, "Well you ARE a failure, just give up now you will never be successful so just quit and don't do anything tomorrow!". HUH????

dd and her friend are back. I am not in the mood for him, LOL! (they are just friends, at least). he's not doing anything wrong, I'm just not in the mood and the mere thought of him is annoying me

See...I had the same issue this morning complaining about only doing 7 minutes on my excersise thing. You didn't make me feel bad. Just do what you can do.

Stews- I know EXACTLY how you feel. It is really frustrating. Take baby steps and everyday look at what you are doing to make yourself better

Well, I was bumming around on Craigslist looking for a job and someone posted that they need someone to work from home and type up about 1000 contacts into an excel spreadsheet. They'd pay hourly. I emailed them. Can't hurt, right? A little extra cash.

Me and Connor had a total blast! We went to get the tires rotated, pick up the vacuum cleaner, Dairy Queen, then to see Grandpa at the post office and to the BIG park (according to him LOL). Then we met his Mom and Grandpa at Cracker Barrel. Just got home about 15 minutes ago. I cleaned the smaller bathroom, didn't feel like tackling the big one but at least I did one!!!
