Busy, Busy, Busy....Company coming tomorrow. All 5 bedrooms will be filled up. Why I clean "before" company comes I'll never know. As you know, you "always' have to clean after they leave. And, do tons of laundry. One of the downfalls of a beach home. So, today has been all about cleaning, doing laundry, baking, etc....... But...I know I better enjoy these family times while we all can. Will be a holiday weekend of making memories.

Hi Alberta~~yes, I figured out my points. I didn't go over my target points yesterday. I may today but I have activity points and my points allowance of 35 for this week. I will need that for this weekend. I did attend WW meetings in 2001. That's when I lost the 40lbs but gained 30 of it back. I don't think doing everything lowfat works for me. Their new Momentum Plan seems very similar to the way we eat on CTFLC.

Hi Carol~~I do that too. Clean before company comes and afterwards. We had a lot of family in and out while in NY last week. It was exhausting. Next time we go it will be just DH, me and our doggies. Of course, I can't get away from family up there, they live on the same road! But like you said, it is all about making memories.

I hardley use my extra points maybe this weekend I will I go every Saturday morning before I eat nor drink. Don't want to weigh anything extra I sit with my water bottle at the meeting. I figured CTFLC would work perfectley with WW. Thats how I am,I need the accountability so I go weekly I signed up so I get to use online and weekly meetings with a pass.
I better run and pick up my Bio Identicals before they close.
Have a super evening,

Alberta

G'mornin, Crackers! (and WWers, andeveryone else )
Looks like everyone's doing their own thing- I'm waiting to read about all the SV's, NSV's, etc!!!!
I'm still in this comfortable "groove"- as long as I'm eating my usual stuff I know I am on plan and don't track my food- this is a WOL I can stick with- especially since I am seeing these new lows and inches off. I haven't measured for awhile, but my clothes are getting bigger and bigger, and feel strange on my body.
No Challah bread for me this Sabbath- I have my hi-fiber, low carb whole wheat bread- and will have a bit of that instead- my eyes get puffy when I get the carb bloat, and I want to avoid that at the wedding Sunday, and for the photos.
Picked up the wedding outfit from the seamstress- she charged about $9.25 to remove the zipper (I can get it on and off without it, and it added bulk and stiffness to the back) and take it in. Last year I needed the zipper and "constrictive undergarments" (sorry TMI) and that was BEFORE she took it in about 2 inches from each side.
There's much too much left to do here- and I feel very pressured. DS26 arrived last night with his family, and though I enjoy them thoroughly, everything goes much slower with guests in the house.....
Have a great weekend, everyone- I'll try to pop in Sat. night to seeh ow everyone's doing!.

Hi everyone!

Hope you ladies have a great 4th of July and weekend. I'll be at my DD and SIL's for a BBQ. It's their turn to clean up the mess! Like I wasn't going to be helping. Fat chance I'd get out of that. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow and take measurements. I'll post them in the morning. Although, I feel like I haven't gained. So, that is a good thing.

I'll check back later on to see how everyone is doing.

Remember to thank the military men and women for the service they so willingly give to keep us FREE stateside and overseas!

We who live in America would do well to read and ponder our Declaration of Independence! (my humble opinion).

May you have a safe day enjoying the freedoms we do have in America. And for those living abroad...we bless you, too. Love to ALL the Cracker Buds!

A belated Happy 4th to you all!
It's the wedding day, and I hardly slept last night- something like 4 hours- interrupted!
There's alot to do today- the kitchen's a mess, I have some last minute errands to run, and just found out the apartment the couple will doesn't even have milk in it- usually someone thinks of it, but looks like I will be doing a mini grocery run to hold them through the first morning, after which they'll take care of themselves. I was planning to put some balloons, candy and cookies there- this is an extra trip
We're leaving the house at 4:15PM- we have to be there for photos at 5PM, and have to allow for traffic- Ceremony will be at about 7PM.
I'm looking forward to being super comfortable in my outfit-thanks to y'all's support- first time ever- and that's 5 weddings and 7 Bar-Mitzvahs.... usually I felt like a trussed turkey -hopefully my feet will cooperate!
Take care, everyone, and enjoy your holiday weekend!!

Starting over again...:-(

Hi Everyone,

I lost 25lbs on this plan from January to March; however, I went on vacation in March and got off track and gained about 8lbs. Currently I am starting over again by doing the carb deplete until next Sunday.

I wish everyone success!

Happy Sunday to everyone! Tam, congratulations on the wedding of your son. I do hope you enjoy it! Congratulations on all the loss.

Hi, Carol!

I have been so tired the last couple of days. I don't know if all my last 3 weeks are catching up with me or what, but it seems I can barely put one foot in front of the other! I took my FIL to garage sales yesterday. I had a good time with him.

Today is Kenny's birthday! We're going out for dinner later.

Lindagem: I'll tell Kenny you said Happy Birthday! How was your 4th? It would have been the 17th birthday of my dear, precious Mique who was born July 4th, 1992. She was my very first grandbaby, so precious! I think of her so often, but the 4th I especially do.

Hi, Linda! I will definitely give Kenny that big ol' hug! Any excuse I can get! The grandkids have gone home. I was really busy teaching this week, so I am going to rest tomorrow, I hope!

Q- does anyone get together to chat I would love to join you if you do I live in NM so am on mountain time.........
I am doing the Crack The Fat Loss Code and at this time, I plan to stick with book 1. I have book 2 (for months) but have not yet read it. I've been very happy with book 1. If it's not broke, don't fix it! I have somewhat stuck, bouncing back/forth near the same weight. I might look at book 2 later on to see if it will break this plateau. I do not plan to do the exercises she has in book 2. I'll stick with my bike, water aerobics and callanetics.
