WTG Christy!!!!


My last hotdog at Sam's Club made me sick.



I have "safe" special treats for various kids. And I have not touched one of them!





I had cheese and devilied eggs for breakfast. I made a ton of deviled eggs for hubby and I to eat on.

I also had a smaill bowl of berries with cream. And I even put back half the berries I poured in. Now that is progress for me!

I want to join this group yall sound like some fun gals. Im a couple of days late but I guess thats ok. I want to get in here but i have to go back and read everyones posts. So for starters I have 3 kids 2 from a previous marraige one with my husband and he has a daughter from a previous marraige. girl 10 boy 9 girl 3 boy 6weeks tomorrow. Im starting all over cause i gained everything back when i got married and happy and through my pregnancy, so im on induction monday after grocery shoppin. Im very excited about this.

Once a month sounds great. I'll probably step on the scales in between because I'm obessed with them when I start losing weight. I avoid them when I'm gaining.

I just had my second walk with the family. Did the short route as its about to rain.


Had fried cheese and deviled eggs for dinner.

And I am having a bit more berries and cream now.

how do you fry your cheese, i always seem to burn mine, right now im cooking some bacon then addin frozen brocolli to it and mabey cheese. We will see how that tastes. I cant remember how many carbs carrots have in it but if its something you can eat bacon and carrots are amazing and addictive, just fry them both together till carrots are soft.

Luna- I weigh here and there. Sometimes not for a week or two, sometimes everyday. Depends on how I'm feeling. I did drop two lbs from yesterday.

I am determined to NOT be fat for Christmas. I wanna lose 10 lbs this month and let's say at least 5 each month after that to Christmas... I should be *calculates* pretty close to goal...Which may or may not be 140 anymore. I dunno. All I know is that I'll know when I get there.

Well this time we gave it a "fry" inside the microwave to see how it would come out.


It was ok.



Alot of people fry them on non stick pans, but we got rid of ours. So normally I grease a pan and then have to watch it and be careful.

I might try using a keto stick tonight or tomorrow to see if I am showing up yet. Hubby showed up as moderate last night.


Lot's of running around to do today. Will try to get in another walk tonight if it is not raining.


Not sure what I am eating today. Not really hungry right this second. But no doubt it will be more of the same of yesterday.



I am thinking of buying some ribs (on sale for 99cents a pound) and I am looking through my lowcarb BBQ book for a good rub or sauce to try.

Luna - On another challenge I am in..... we update our weights ( in our siggys ) on a Monday HOWEVER I am personally weighing daily and trying to NOT let the scale depress me when it goes the wrong way because in the past it was when i did not weigh is when I would get into trouble.....and I know it is something I will have to do once i hit goal so i might as well start getting used to it now

I had a great day too! DD & I went to Ulta & spent lots on new makeup & then she wanted to go next door to the frozen ice place. They were so nice to me & got out the booklet that lists what's in everything. Even the sugar free icy had 12 carbs so I went next door & got a diet Coke. I really did want one though, but I know that I'll never get this weight off if I don't get started.

Hello Ladies....

Im glad to see everyone is doing so well... Congrats to all on the pounds lost... Ive been doing ok... I started back going to the gym and this is day 3. Ive been doing 30 minutes on the tread mill and today I started cardio and weights... I feel better already... Im working on doing better with my eating... The scale is down a couple of pounds, but I will go for Mondays as my weigh in day... Im glad to see everyone doing so well... I predict we will be hott moms by Christmas ....
