Hello! I belive that's pretty normal, In my first 3 days I lost 9 and for the rest of the week that was it. For the next week I began losing again. Right now it's like I don't want to eat at all and thats is not very good at all, because if i don't eat when i have to i will want to eat when i shoyldn't and most of all what i shouldn't...

Hope everyone had a great day. I was back to work today after having Wednesday off so I was playing catch up most of the day and have not had a chance to post.

Just got back from a nice long walk. Someone on here a few days ago gave me a great idea about jumping on the trampoline. I did that with the kids for about 20 minutes and let me tell you, I worked muscles I probably have never worked out. I am expecting to be sore tomorrow. Felt good though.

I had a taco salad today for lunch and was completely fine with throwing away the shell it came in. That used to be my favorite part. Quite honestly, I didn't miss it at all!

That sounds like so much fun I just might sneak over and jump on my neighbors tramoline That's the kind of FUN exercise that we all used to get when we were little. I think we need more of it as adults!

Thanks for the support guys! I'm gonna try and get some sleep tonight...Maybe that will help. I know I'll lose eventually because I'm really not craving things like I used to. It's really becoming food for fuel, when I'm hungry, instead of feeding the addiction... That's progress!

Good Morning everyone! I am SO glad it's Fridayyyy!!! So, after 8 days of the scale not budging, it finally moved this morning!!! And to be honest, all I did was stop eating the shredded cheese I was eating and cut out mushrooms. I had big trouble with them last time and this time is no exception. LOL So we'll see. TOM is around the corner so that might be holding me up as well. Blehh. ahahaha

Did you give it a try this morning? Just know that it will get easier. Just tell yourself that it isn't an option, that it is something you have to do like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. I know it can be difficult getting started but it will be worth it in the long run.

so sad...

I don't understand, since i began my weight days are saturday... but usually i chaet and weight on wednesdays the problem is that on wednesdays i seem to gain allllllll the weight i had lost during the week...
so sad...
i would put my self to a alot strict regimen and buy saturday i would loose 4lbs, i truly think is not ok... since i don't cheat a dime EVERYDAY...

These days i'm suffering "constipation or Bowel obstruction" since i haven't gone to the bathroom the entire week. I'm not friends with things that make me go to the bathroom but i think this is too much...

And obviously i haven't began to walk on the mournings... lopez8365....
HELP AGAIN!

goalachiever-I would highly suggest you take some magnesium,thats probably why the scale is not budging.

I have been taking sugar free metamucil in the morning and at night...I had the same problem about 3 days after I started. Now I'm fine. It's just the drastic diet change...kills ya every time

Yes! Well I have yet to try it,but EVERYONE on this board suggests it. Magnesium attracts water,this increased amount of water in the colon serves to soften a BM, helping it easier to use the restroom. It also helps to relax the intestines.

Good Morning everyone. Did have time to post yesterday. Hope everyone had a great day.
Tomorrow is weigh day for me. I am a little nervous because I don't feel
like I have lost anything. Generally thats how I can tell if I have had a good week or not. Hopefully I am wrong. I would be happy with 2lbs. I weighed in earlier in the week and I was down 1lb, but I dont officially count that until Mondays.
Didn't get my excersise in yesterday, so that means double work today

So today I am not feeling well at all. My ovaries are killing me and I want to crawl into a ball and sleep the day away...I wish it that was possible =/ But I am down to 192.2 this morning which I am thrilled about. I wish I remembered how mushrooms effected me last time and I had looked at the back of that stupid cheese! Oh well... we live, we learn. Tuesday is 14 days on induction and I can't wait to see my results. Mainly inches b/c TOM is due next week so I'm not stressing the pounds.

Okay ladies, I am going to lay down.. enjoy your Sunday

Hi guys,

Hope everyone had a good weekend!!

I totally blew it this weekend. Having company (and TOM) really screwed me up
I got so hungry by the end of the day today, I ate what I made for everyone...Fajitas...tortillas and all. I hope it doesn't set me back too much. If it weren't for the fact that I have you all to feel somewhat "accountable" to, this would be the time where I just quit...but I'm not gonna!! I'm just going to start over again tomorrow!

Thanks for being there to listen to me groan. It's appreciated more than you all know!
