I decided to just make this thread for the rest of the month. I hope that's ok. There aren't many of us lately and this will keep us closer, lol.

Happy Monday!

So, I wrote my meal plan out on my groecry list and then threw the list away.

So now I have to try and figure out what it was I planned to have for dinner each night based on the groceries I bought.

I am having the WW egg Mcmuffin for breakfast each day. I sent DH to the grocery store (oh, I just I figured out how my list got tossed) and he claimed there were no WW frozen meals. In the entire store. Huh? They were there last week, I told him. So, I had to go back in there myself to get the frozen WW egg Mcmuffins, and there they are, big as day, along side all the other frozen WW food. Except the "Smart Ones" logo is much bigger than the WW logo.....silly DH.

And I am having the new and improved meatloaf muffins for lunch (and you know that's going to be breakfast, right?)

So, as far as I can remember, we're having shrimp cocktail tonight, steak tomorrow, fish I think one night, hamburgers another and I wonder what, maybe pork, another night.

I got some LF sharp cheese and granny smith apples to snack on. Last night I tried it out and it was good. I sliced up the apple and cut exactly 2 pts of cheese into slices and it was a great 3 pt snack.

Well, now we wait. Wait to see if Lauren is Valedictorian of her class. Her 4 year average is 98.1, with a 4.0 GPA. I am so proud.

Howard's dad got put in the hospital today. Please pray for him. He probably has a blood stream infection. His immune system is is down due to the chemotherapy.

Ughhh....getting up early is not a good thing for me. I got up at 5 after DH left for work. So far,

coffee and creamer - 1 pt
egg mcmuffin - 4 pts
bagel & fake butter - 2 pts
ice cream come - 2 pts

and it's not even noon yet. :blush:

I don't fare much better at night - maybe I should just sleep all the time.

On another note, my newly "fat" friend who gained 21 pounds after she started some new medication is down 11 pounds. She now weighs 135. That's well below my goal weight.

And her doctor told her she needs to drop the other 10 pounds so that she can get back to the weight she's been all her adult life. I don't know many who, in their 40's, weigh what they did in their 20's. Pretty unrealistic goal, if you ask me.

How is she doing it? Considering she ate like a bird to begin with, she's upped her exercise. She jogs in the sand every day at the beach. She'll drop that last 10 pounds - I'll bet my last dollar on it. Too bad there's no sand a block from my house.

Like I'd run in it!

Well... if Gracie isn't here by the 21st Kim will be induced. Don't know if I told you guys that since I fried my BlackBerry last night and had to take it back for a replacement. Somehow I deleted the icons. 2 of the 4 guys at the Xenia Verizon have been ther for 5 and 7 years each and they have never seen that happen. LOL. I told them they didn't make it fool proof if a fool can delete them!!! just glad that it was under the 30 days or I would have been screwed.

Talk to you guys later, gotta check a few more things and then put the laundry in the dryer and another load in. A womans work is NEVER done.

I was very proud of the winner. I had told my DD over the weekend I thought that would be the winner and she didn't think so at all. She told me yesterday that I sure called that one right. What an amazing transformation!!
