FYI you can click chat on the very bottom of the page too! I was reading 'click on the top' thinkin' Whhhaaatt? *duh* it's at the top and the bottom for techie challenged chicks like me!

Mel, I do work out on the crossbow (very gingerly) - had to quit the sit-up / push-up challenge for a bit cuz my back got out of joint, and I'm still getting it back.
I'd love to join you in chat sometime, if you can deal with a slow typer! I've noticed that some people are speed demons on the keyboard in chat rooms! Do you go into one specific room?

SSK, I am also doing zero carb - I noticed on my meat fast last week that it seemed to really work for me. And like you said - it really takes away the question of whether you can eat something or not!

Hey Brat is carrying 21 hours in school and trying to make sure the little brat is getting to baseball practice, track tryouts, pitching lessons and yearbook...

Half the time I don't know who I am...

Not to mention I have joined facebook and I'm busy trying to catchup with all my long lost friends from high school....LOL

momlady - im doing ok. cheated for the first time in a while on tues. my brother was here with his family and i was stressed. made potatoe soup and caved! dammit, i knew i should have just made burgers,lol. anyway, got right back on track. didnt gain, but i didnt lose

Hi everybody! Doing good today - altho the scale wasn't nice this AM. It said almost 3 lbs up from yesterday - GGGRRRRR.

But I attribute that to the fact that I did not get the chance to drink as much water as usual, and for dinner I made myself some chicken soup and put in about a TBSP of peas and the same of carrots - but also added a pat of butter and a dollop of HWC. Now I know better - I was feeling the hunger after 2 1/2 hours whereas if I stick to just meat I won't get hungry until morning. Live and learn! No more peas and carrots for me!

Had a bit of excitement earlier - slipped and fell on the ice in a driveway - not mine - landed on my well-padded bottom! My sis and her friend were speechless - I just wanted to laugh but they were so worried!

What excitement is going on with you guys?

Glitz and sparkles sounds fun!! I own nothing of the sort...well, if you count a sweater with sparkly threads LOL!!

I'm doing great on the diet, have had wine and it hasn't seemed to hurt. Heck, I even made low-carb macaroons and took them to a party, and have some in my freezer, so those aren't a problem. We wouldn't have any anywhere if I let hubby at them...

I'm still exercising 3 times a week, if not more too.

I'm getting my tax stuff ready for the tax person next week...ugh!!!!

you ladies are a hoot!!!!! im wearing sweats in case you care,lol!!!

ok cheated on tues good until last night, binged!!! having a hard time getting back on track. 2 months no cheat, and now i feel a little outta control. my cravings are back and in full swing.

i have to work all weekend, so hoping i can bring food and stick to plan.

i hate exercise, anyone have tips for me?

It's not AS tree covered anymore. One of our neighbors came over, knowing that Rambo is out and about, and cut the downed limbs into carry size pieces. This week, the kids and I toted a good part of the limbs and debris to the side of the road. Supposedly, the town is going to have debris pick up at some point. You should see it all!

The smaller debris will remain until spring clean up before the first mowing of the year. My back is killing me though. Really bad.

I went up 2 pounds this week. I know it's due to my lack of exercise and lack of water and lack of eating in general. Lack of eating, like that should be a problem! I know that if one does not eat enough calories the body holds on to everything. When I did Jenny Craig, they would get upset with me when I would not eat everything on my list for that day. In order to lose you have to eat.

Of course, I have no drive, so that doesn't help at all! If I had any energy at all, I might consider going for a walk; yanno when I am not carting the kids all over town until 9pm. 9pm, there is no way I am heading out for a walk!

I know I want to lose this weight, but my body is showing all the usual deployment signs. This is my body's natural cycle and it's way to TRY to help keep me somewhat sane. With 23 weeks left til the end of July; I would have to lose 2.2 pounds a week!!!! Quite frankly, I am not sure that is doable, not to mention not healthy. While this realization makes me sad, I know it's not the end of the world. It's just, right now making sure the kids are where they need to be and have everything they need to have etc etc etc, I am not a priority and I know that I will not make myself the priority either.

In the meanwhile, I will continue to do what I can, when I am able to do anything.
