I have shred............gotta tell ya being bodacious and doing jumping jacks, uh yeah, not so good! She is big into jumping a lot. Other than that it is a good DVD.

It's not totally weird - African Americans "hair grease" is based on coconut oil.
But the BK issue - I would so totally have said something snarky to her - the servers have NO right to comment on what the customer orders.

Did you order it without the bun? I've been doing that when we go places, then it doesn't contaminate my meat - nobody bats an eye, and if they do - the response is I'm allergic! DH even had to remind me to say "no bun" yesterday, I completely forgot!

I totally got the coconut oil/ hair grease connection. lol I'm not African-American but my hair thinks it is. I had a black friend tell me once I had 'kind' hair. I said "Oh how sweet" and she said "No, that means the kind in a donkey tail"

...It's thick and corse and wavy in spots and kinky in spots and almost straight in others.

So I've been using products found in the Black Beauty aids section of the drug store most of my life! The favorite around here is pink oil...comes in a pink bottle.

As for the BK ****** I would have told her...This is BK and I want it my way, do you have a problem with that?

Just go back and order the same thing every week and let her see how it works!

While I am being consistent on my chosen eating plan, I am just maintaining. I think once I start moving my fluffy self the scale will begin to cooperate.

As for me - I finally saw 205 today - I am so gonna blow the DR out of the water when I see her next month! AND I've decided to quit hopping on their scale like a good little girl every time I go in. I track this weight on Fitday, so I'm just gonna print my weight loss chart and take it in. They will just have to deal with that.

Still thinking of having a binge day for my b'day in June - keep going back and forth on that one! LOL Ya it would be fun, probably really tasty, but it will more than likely make me sick too - so.......still thinking! The other thing I'm considering is a shopping spree! Won't make me so sick and will last much longer!

Should start saving my money I guess......
