Gooood Morning!!!!!

Finally I got the scale to move! I did a refeed, and it was enough to get me going... Wwwhheew! It's hard to do especially when you think your going to binge out, but I didn't I thought about what the goal was for the refeed. My Carbs were at about 70, and my calories at about 1700-1800.
So today, back to my normal Low carb, 30 carbs or so and calories back to 1400 no higher then 1500.

Tooth fairy came for Casey last night, yesterday morning she had this tooth for the past few weeks that was just so loose, and looking off color. She hates to have teeth come out, it just freaks her out. So I asked to look at it and she said not to wiggle it back and forth. Well I didn't. I grabbed the wet wash cloth and pulled straight up! She never said I couldn't pull straight up! Course you would have thought I cut her arm off! But it's over now for awhile anyway... She has lost almost all of her baby teeth, only a couple left. She is way ahead of where she would be if her mouth had more room, but the retainers are moving her teeth out just fine, that makes me happy!

I am SOOOOOOOOO glad it is Friday. Dave is driving me nuts. He is getting a 160 gallon fish tank and found out it weighs a lot more than we thought. So now we are having to hire someone to move it

Jamie- We have a guy at work that still has a lot of baby teeth! He has 2 pulled this summer. I guess they say if there is no trouble with them, they will leave them alone! LOL Strange to see an adult with baby teeth!

Eating some frozen Mock Pumpkin Cheesecake for breakfast

Hoping I can keep this up today. We're low on food and funds til next friday. We have plenty of meat in the freezer though so If I kind "veg" on that for the week we'll be ok. Down 3.6 lbs since Tuesday.

DH cleared out our cabinets and fridge of all the carby junk yesterday and gave it to our neighbor! I couldn't believe my eyes! I've never seen him so determined...its HOT! LOL

We're out of eggs so I'm trying to figure out what I'm gonna make him when he gets home.

Very tired this morning. Need one of those snoring smilies. And I even went to bed earlier than usual at 9:15. I wanted to stay up and see Top Chef, but I was afraid I'd get a second wind and not be able to sleep until very late. So I went to bed early, missed Top Chef, and I'm still tired this morning.

Diana, I'm still considering the Secret Santa thing, but leaning toward not committing to it. With my health so unpredictable, I'd hate to commit, then take a turn for the worse and nto be able to go through with it. You're a doll for doing it, though!

Funny story about Casey's tooth pulling. Wow, I had never heard of adults with their baby teeth. It must really be weird. What happens when they lose them? Do they have to wear a bridge or something?

I started work a bit early this morning because I have to go to an 8:00 meeting. Three meetings today, so the time should go fast

I was going to do the Secret Santa but I see there isn't much interest this year. I know the economy is hard on everyone. I shudder when I think about how much my 401(b) account has dropped but I know there is nothing I can do about it except hope it goes back up.

Anyhoo...off to get a cup of coffee and get to work

Today is the first Friday in quite a while that I've been able to wear my jeans comfortably without wishing I could unbutton and unzip them within an hour of wearing them!

I finally had a great night sleep. Mike only woke up a couple of times. He's a blanket hogger.

Diana, I used to love sticking my tongue into the empty space where my tooth used to be. That was way back when. I can't say as if I would enjoy it in my later years...

My DD Mattie tells a story about how would make sure her bedroom windows were locked and she would put extra items at the window sill because she was deathly afraid of the tooth fairy. She would lay there in bed thinking about this winged creature with jagged teeth sneaking in her room. Poor Mattie.

Okay I can't complain too much and hog the whoosh fairy because I dropped 2#s through the night. I have to be very careful though, I didn't eat dinner last night, it was too late, so we'll see what happens tomorrow.

**stomp stomp** Tioga Pass to Yosemite is still closed. From my house to Yosemite it's a 2 hour drive via Tioga Pass. If I go around, it's six hours. I want to go this weekend.

Busy at work as usual and feel like strangling my boss Thank goodness it's Friday!

Day 2 OP in a row (huge accomplishment!). It's really hard for me being OP when Jay's not around because my mind usually sees it as a time I can eat whatever I want because he won't see and won't say anything

I hoping to get some more pics of Emma up sometime. I'm also trying to get our house cleaned up and organized - it makes me feel better when that's under control. That way I don't feel completely crazy!

MENU today:

B: 2 eggs, 1 sausage patty, coffee

L: salad w/real bacon bits, summer sausage, hard boiled eggs

S: no bake raspberry jello cheesecake

D: bacon cheeseburger, broccoli (possibly)

Morning all.

Another hot windy day in So Cal. It was 81 at 8am this morning.

Please keep the residents of Montecito and Westmont college in your prayers. There is a huge wild fire raging now and we have lost 100+ homes. I am safe as I live about 20 minutes from there but this fire started at 6pm last night and by 10pm 40 houses were lost so it is a very agressive fire. We are also still having a hot windy day which does not help the firefighters.

Waving hi to everyone and hoping we all have an OP day!

Rufus did well at the vet..34#s and growing.

The vet asked me what was I feeding Rufus and I hesitated and then said the B.A.R.F. diet. She was very please with my answer. Whew. I got a kick out of her when she said it was like Atkins for dogs. Shen then said that people should take note and eat like the B.A.R.F. diet. What Rufus is eating is mainly meat/eggs and raw veggies. He's so funny when it comes to broccoli.

DH Mike is putting in the windows at the shop/guest house. They are way too cool. It's starting to feel like a place to live.

My DD Mattie just got accepted to work at Pebble Beach Golf Course in February. She's so excited. They will house and feed her for two weeks.
This opportunity will count toward a credit at colege. She'll have a blast. Her major is in Hospitality and Tourism and she's minoring (sp?) in Nutrition.

Okay, I could keep on writng but I have to get away from Rufus. Stinky!
