ugh! Biggest Loser! I am so mad at the outcome. And I agree Amy doesn't seem to realize that the blue team has no loyalty to her - Heba, her husband and Vicky are the alliance - they just use Amy for the numbers - Amy will be gone. Which is too bad because I like her. Coleen looked great in her update video. Good for her. I am really disappointed in this season of BL.

Well on tap today is work (of course). I need to go shopping for Thanksgiving stuff but I don't want to wait unti lthis weekend so it is me and everyone on the face of the earth. Maybe I will leave work early to do that.

Diana- cookie dough! I had a friend who's daghter has that fund raiser evey year too - it is a tough one to pass up! This year one of the gals who works for me has a son who baseball team is going a pie fundraiser so that is where I ordered pies from for Thanksgiving.

Whta bugs me to death is all the advertising! Ziplock veggie bags? Come on, lets help save the earth not trash it with more plastics! You know now that they are using their re-usable water bottles! What a joke!

I am not a huge Pie fan, that would have been perfect... well unless it's Pumpkin cheesecake! LOL

I now the product placement has been getting worse each season with the gum and the jello and now these zip lock bags. I think las season was when they switched to the reusable water bottles and it was one long commerical for Brita.

I am a pie fan and a cheesecake crazy person!!

I haven't mentioned it becuase there is nothing to report. Sadly she wrote him and told him that she is dead to him from now on and never heard back. Oh well....his loss.

I did have a good night. My friend that brought his date said that he was grilled about our relationship, and he stressed that I was married, but he said he had a hard time explaining how I was happily married and out on my birthday without him She needs to understand that during work hours, I'm his "work wife", therapist, personal shopper aside from working closely together.

I'm going to have to add in some more oatmeal again. I think the dramatic 5 lb weight loss took a toll on my supply. It'll just be a day or two and I'm gonna try to keep the rest of my day's carbs lower than usual to try and stay in my range.

We're both still doing really good. I struggled a lot this morning because I had to go to my mom's house and all she has is carby junk tempting me everywhere. The funny thing is I've given into temptation a few times (bite of DS's PB&J and bite of waffle with PB on it) and neither time was satisfying like I thought it would be. In fact It sat like lead in my stomach. Makes it much easier *NOT* to cheat now.

So I've already surpassed my Thanksgiving goal

Niki, my nose is healing just fine. Thanks for asking. It was a bit uncomfortable the night the procedure was done, but hasn't bothered me since then. I sure hope to hear from the Dr. on Friday.
