On the Biggest Loser, do you all think they are able to maintain that level of exercise? I mean, what do they do when they return to a real life with a job, a house, kids, etc.? If you have to exercise that much to lose the weight, you'd have to do close to that amount to maintain it. It's just not realistic.

I know I think that too - who has 4-6 hours a day for exercise? I struggle to cram in 45-60 minutes without feeling like I am neglecting my family. I also have a full time job to do!

Yes I definitely want to see either Heba or Vicki gone as I don't think they have the true spirit of the BL. I really like colleen or the mother/daughter team.

My day started out with flowers and a little present from Hannah and DH! That's quite a surprise since we don't really exchange gifts, but it was all Hannah's idea

Then at work nobody wished me a but then one person did, and everyone started to follow. My staff bought me a card and got me gift certificates to a local bagel shop/deli that has really good food. Then I went to the SU game. DH didn't go, he's coming down with a cold so my friend from work came with me and Hannah. We met up with other co-workers and joined them in WAY better seats. After the game me, Hannah my friend, the other 2 co-workers and my "work husband" and his date went to dinner. After that my friend and I went for a drink.

We went to Texas Roadhouse, and my friend took a video of me on the birthday saddle. It was hysterical as the entire video was of me without a head (leave it to a guy to take video of my b (.)(.) bs!!! I made him delete it, because I threatened to tell his date secrets I have on him

Today Casey's cookie dough comes in, we had to clean out the Drop box freezer to make room, hopefully we can get these all sorted out and to our neighbors tonight. I have a bunch I have to take to work too, whatever as long as I get it out of this house. Course a friend bought a few and told Casey to keep them! I know for our Christmas dinner I will make a bunch, but that is a month away!! Casey already said she is making cookies tonight, well God give me the stregnth to stay away from them. I didn't eat too well last night, but when I realized what I had done I fixed up a nice Porterhouse steak for Casey and I. Wish I had done that first! Oh well, I'll do better today!

Work today then home to pack everything up. We're leaving for up north at noon tomorrow. Then I'll be home Sunday night and Jay will be home Monday probably.

Because Amy lost her focus.....she really let me down....is no one honest in this house......if I was Amy I would have told the rest of the blue team that I voted Brady out because he was a big threat and because I knew that I was low man on the blue alliance tottem pole....how could she not see that if the tables were turned Vicky would have voted her out in a heartbeat...I was seriously shocked...and saddened by who did go....

Pistachios.... would you believe last year was the first time EVER that I tried those! I lead a shelter life as Ken says!

Diana..when I was a young girl our local drug store had a heated display case where you bought warm nuts by the pound....I have always loved nuts....they are healthy in normal quantities but I often make a pig of myself over them....any kind but especially pistachios, cashews and almonds....I like to buy the unshelled ones at Christmas and crack them...it slows me down a bit....
