Lots happening - some of the "good stuff"... Had a HUGE surprise - a very special friend I love to pieces that I haven't seen or heard from in at LEAST a good 2-3 years - she jsut dropped by (she lives forever away and happened to be in the area). I just cried when I saw her and hugged her BIG and said I love you. VERY nice surprise.

Had a nice day with my guys yesterday - guys wanted to go out to breakfast and I always tell them I would rather stay home with coffee - so we do - though I gave in after seeing the puppy eyes on the boys - PLEASEEEE MOM...lol

I was in my bathrobe and I said I wished I had something nice to wear (I was about ready to get in the shower and get ready to go to breakfast), and Russ was sitting at the bedside. He instantly says, "How about this?".... And surprised me with a ring. It's an opal (about the size of your pinky nail) set in the middle with a circular pink tourmaline on each side. Very unique and not something that you would usually see.

I think my favorite part of yesterday was the look on Timber's face - all proud of his homegrown marigold. *grins*

Miss you guys!!!! *HUGSSSSSSSS*

I just got home from the shelter. dd19 informed me that her and her bf are making dinner for us tomorrow. guess I'm waiting to get back 100% on plan until later this week. I am not going to NOT eat this meal with them. he's never cooked for us before and I just don't want to do that to them.

with that said, I am about ready. I WANT to get back to the gym and WANT to get back to plan. that's a good sign, right? lol.

I know the feeling. I really do. I want to, but part of me is fightin', lol.

the only other thing I have is thursday is my Girls on Track party. I REALLY do not want to come across as "dieting" to the girls that day. I might be able to get away with not eating but might not. I think I need to go with the plan of enjoying the celebration with them and just try not to overdo it. I know the timing of this party is not good as I REALLY need to get back on plan now but it's the last time we are with our team and I just really don't feel right about "obviously" dieting in front of them that day.

Saw a little of the movie-making last night.
Couldn't get too close though - too many police cars and barriers.
And they were only a few blocks from my house, so I got to drive by.
No one would go with me to actually walk down though.
Party poopers!

Hair cut and color today, then lunch out, but first I need to exercise!

We got engaged when I was 17, he was 21 (when I was still in high school, going to college FT and working). We married the summer I graduated high school. August 17th will be 12 years.

I'm not into "stuff" and get uncomfortable when he gives me something, because honestly I'd rather just spend time making more memories with him, then having another thing.

Suna I met Henry when I was 17 and when I turned 18 right out of high school we got Married. What is funny is that he had to get a signed permission for him to get Married because he was just 20, and what is funnier is that he couldn't wait for another 12 days until he was 21 to get Married. He was twitter- pated...I love that MAN!!!!
