Well since I have been feeling so awful I have not been on any plan either. I haven't gone crazy but not great either. Not worried about it myself right now...much. I bought a new bathing suit. LOVE it, it's a one piece and will have to do. Not trying to be a Beach babe knockout anymore. I could look a lot worse.

I'm okay with "off plan" if I could prevent the binge. Without the once a week binges, I could eat 'normal' and not be gaining.
