You got cheated out of outside activities with it so cold in your visit.

On mine if they are too big, it won't show the graphics. It won't show my baby in the bath splashing.

kadie went to the vet today. we thought we were doing good. she's maintained around 14 pounds fairly constently. even still has a waist. but they said she should lose about 2 pounds. bummer. she already thinks we are trying to starve her, LOL!

they also did some blood work and if it comes back good she's going to start heartworm/flee treatment (to prevent it). heartworm isn't prevelent around here but there have been a couple cases in the area this year so maybe they are trying to keep it from becoming a problem. as many years as I've had dogs we've never had heartworm preventative medication before.

dh picked me up from work and then we went over to the highschool greenhouse. we bought some plant starts. a few kinds of tomatoes, bell peppers and strawberries. we've never really had a vegi garden other than a couple tomato plants a couple years ago. hope they do well

I also decided I'm not going to the shelter OR my bible study tonight. I'm going to stay home, make the cookies for work and just enjoy being home.

RECAP:

I have had a rough week...again. no binging (which is huge for me when I'm stressed and/or not feeling well. (both of which happened some this week, lol) but it's been rough and not on plan either.

Goals for next week:

nutrition: I THINK I am taking a break from any nutrition plan the rest of this week. I will start back in on monday.

exercise: 3 days cardio and get back to the gym to start into my next weight routine.

emotional/spiritual: do all 5 of my bible study homework devotions with additional prayer time and journal time if necessary.

housework: keep the downstairs area presentable plus clean the upstairs bathroom done too.

I didn't get to get DH to grill.* He wasn't home when I got home and just NOW walked thru the door.* Poor boy!

I'm SO, SO sleepy though.* Took a nap, but it didn't help.*

TRIED to exercise (baby steps, right?), but my head started splitting and I felt like I'd be sick and got really dizzy, so I had to stop.*

* It's getting rather annoying.*
