Jenn, thanks for that tip. There's actually a local place that sells bee pollen, but I don't know if it's produced from local pollen. I'll check into it, though. I'm now on my third day waking up with a sinus headache.

Morning!

I've been feeling pretty down since my Dr. visit Friday - plus Jay and I got in an argument yesterday so what did I do last night......of course eat everything I could find. Why do I not realize that isn't the answer????

Oh well - back on today. It's beautiful here today, and I have my 1st softball game tonight at 7:30.

If everyone could say some prayers for my brother today:

Gotta run - BBL maybe.

Paula- Many hugs and thoughts your way...

I have a Drs Appointmnet today at 1:30, I finally called back and demanded they see me, that this is not normal!

We are leaving a bit early today from work, Casey has practice and I am gathering all the parents I can who know Softball to help these girls. We do not have anyone playing in the sand, but rather they watch the ball go by and just stare at it... So hopefully we can start making progress. I know it can be done I saw it last year. I keep telling the coach they are not babies, stop treating them as such. Yesterday it was raining and OMG, someone had a meltdown that their child is getting wet. I keep telling the girls Lets win, Winning is fun. When we lose we need to learn from it, and we talk about the mistakes we made. If I hear our manager say one more time that it isn't about winning I think myself along with the girls are going to whack her over the head! I am so tired of hearing parents say that these days. Wanting to win is not a bad thing, it's modivation to get you to goal! So tonights practice will be about what mistakes we made and how to correct them. It was nice to see the girls excited about a practice!

Well I dreaded the weigh in at the Drs, usually comes up 3-4lbs heavier in the afternoon there, well it was only .5lbs higher! I was congratulated on losing some weight since my last visit, which made me feel good. She did call me in another prescription and if it does not help in 2-3 days then to call them back and We may have to have me come in and have a procedure done on it.

So that's my news....

Off to softball practice soon

Congrats on your successful weigh-in, Diana! I hate going to the doctor when I know I've gained weight. I was thinking last week at the ear-nose-throat doctor's office how much I've always liked that they never weigh you.

Good Morning!!!

I am down 1lb! Woohoo! 1/2lb away from the 140's. I can't believe I am sticking to it, and enjoying it. My Tight shorts are now my loose shorts! So big Yay... I want into my skinny/goal levis shorts.

We had a great practice last night. Ken was hitting the balls to the outfield, and I workd with them on getting it to their cut off we still need work on that. Infield is getting better. Ken said he wants to work with them again on Thursday... we'll just push the issue and tell the coach- this is what you need, not sitting around talking about ourselves.

No plans tonight, if I am able I will work on some laundry, and straightening up, run the sweeper, and run the dishwasher. Sounds like a lot, but it needs done.

Today I am picking up my Mom and hooking up with one of my sisters. We are going to a Middle Eastern food store and out for lunch. It should be fun.

Doesn't Bonnie usually pop in here in the AM? I am still thinking about her taco salad... I really need to make that!

Where is that Pam! Is she on Vacation?

Hope deb is doing ok....

Paula- Still thinking about you....

Good morning lovely ladies.............

Had a lovely birthday with cards & calls & emails from all over the country. Dorth showed up at my office with a magnificient bouquet and then when I got home she surprised me with dinner out with friends. I was good and ordered blackened salmon & steamed veggies.

Thank you again for all you beautiful thoughts & wishes

Hoping your new meds work Diana

Hoping Tap is feeling better

Keeping Paula & her brother in my

Yes Jamie, getting close to the 140's but hold very tightly to my current weight. Haven't lost a thing in the past 2 weeks but staying on plan and trying to push thru the stall. It will happen. The good news is I haven't gained, I have maintained the initial loss and I am no doubt losing inches (I'm in the skinny jeans )

Sorry I have been so scare and somewhat inpersonal but it has been incredibly busy and it seems 'life' has taken over a bit. Hopefully things will slow down soon and I can spend a little more time.

Got to run to work but want to wish you all a Wondererous Wednesday and much

Oh, Terry, looked out the window this morning while sipping my coffee and watched the bunnies nibble on my strawberries .......it actually did not make me annoyed but rather warm & fuzzy

good morning
Diana - I thought of you last night as I was eating a Taco Salad

Jamie - I can't believe Marissa is still there ... Jason & Edyta looked so nervous. I don't know why TPTB are making them wait until last every week. I doubt they are even close to the bottom two and to make them stand there like that is annoying ... I find Jason & Christian's close friendship very endearing ... Apolo seemed a bit rusty but I still him and Julianne together

Jenn - bless your for not being mad at the bunnies

good morning Lori

missing all of our MIA

I picked up my license tabs yesterday and then ran over to Rainier. I was worried the Aspire wouldn't make it over the bridge, but it did. It's a very small car, one that I would call a pedal pusher. It drives nice for an older car but getting it up to faster speeds and climbing hills is torture.

Off to catch up on the world ... have a super Wednesday

all around

I love little bunnies! I'd have felt exactly the same way. Heck, I don't even get mad at the deer. I rather enjoy watching them munch away at my bushes. We're planting roses, and I'm pretty sure it's going to be deer candy. The next door neighbors put in a "stream" with a koi pond at the base of it, and I'm pretty sure they'll get deer visits for a nice drink of water. I do love the sound of that rushing water though. We can hear it from our patio. My boys love watching the deer too. I call them the boys' brown girlfriends.

Deb, my heart aches for you.

Mia loves Bunnies. We can have about half a dozen in our yard in the AM. Mia runs out there and they do a stare off for 20 minutes or so. Poor Mia she just wants to play with them, but knows they will run away!
