Hi, everyone. I'm finished eating for the day..ihopeihope...so thought I post today's food.

8:00-0-coffee with half & half

11:00-0-grilled chicken breast, dill havarti cheese slice, 1/4 c blueberries

4:30-0-Leftovers-salad, 1/2 garlic bread, 1/2 c spaghetti, 1/2 veal parm. 1c milk.

Anna-does sound like water weight. Drink more water, exercise and cut the sodium. I hate it when my rings don't fit.

b. pot roast on oopsies, coffee

l. pot roast with garden salad, ceasar dressing
s. 1/2 oz almonds & 1 oz macadamias
d. baked salmon and steamed spinach w/butter. coffee
w. 2 liters so far

Leanne: I hope you're feeling better!!

Anna: I hope you're not freaking out and eating raisin bran.

I'm not even going to say what I ate, but let's just leave it at the fact that it was BAD. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad! I am so angry and just discouraged and just UGH!!!!!! Sorry bout yesterday....went to the dentist and came home with a painful mouth and a bad headache......so did not really eat and went to bed extra early......I have to go out all day today but will get back here later tonight....later peeps

I agree with Lei, this is just water weight. Watch your salt. Just keep chuggin girl and it will come off.

I have been so bad lately about cheating
Yesterday
Breakfast: tried to have protein shake but my powder expired and I just bought it the day before . I returned it last night and have new
However my daycare parents bought donuts again and I ate a longjohn

Lunch Spinach chicken salad (yummy!

dinner: Steak, Salmon, roast, small amt each on 1 plate (Buffet)
and those damn 4 cookies again

Needless to say I'm lucky my weight is the same. I figured I'd have a gain so I'm very happy with the same. My butt will be at the gym tonight working extra hard. I'll be missing again this weekend Friday and Saturday. Im going camping/canoeing. Should be nice workout.

SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 135 today...really up a pound form 134...
I am going to lose 3 pounds by nexy friday.
That is my bet with myself. and if i do, i get a mani and a pedi...and I think i am getting acrylics short put on becuase i am nibbling on my cuticles again.
I am going to alternate shake days with high fat low low carb days. Like meat days with some veggies and then another day of shakes celery and guac.
I had homemade cole slaw yesterday and my IBS is terrible.
so....that totally sucks becuase i love it so much. I look pregnant with the ab bloat. from the cabbage.

Dang it was delish!
Today ..
breakfast:egg and bacon(1 egg 2 low sodium bacon)
Snack: shake
Lunch: celery and guac.
quite a bit

Dinner broiled fish and suateed spinach. Does this look good guys?

Wow, I have to be really quick as usual (but for the rest of the week I'm free to post as much as I like! ), but I wanted to report that I'm FEELING and DOING much better today. I had:

Meal 1: Sliced turkey (unflavored, so kind of blah, but you know, I was too lazy to do anything for it)
Meal 2: chopped 1/2 of a cucumber with Italian dressing
Meal 3: (I'm on this on right now ) 2 cups of coffee, with half&half and Splenda

Meal 4 and beyond: Not sure because I'm going out to eat!

Oh, and I thought of a group question: Are you hungry RIGHT when you get up in the morning?I never used to be, and I usually ate from like 4 pm on (I revert back to this behavior when I'm in ketosis, but often it's not intentional), but my gosh, when I slip up like I did, I WOKE UP STAAAAAARVING!

Well have a really good day everyone! I'll have more time to post later tonight!

Looks good Amy! The pound is just likely a flucuation, and will be gone in no time! I must tell you guys, that 1 pound of fat, equals 3500 calories... Unless you ate that many calories in one day, there's no way in hell it could be fat... Just a "normal" flucuation.. So next time you see a small gain on the scale, remember that... *note to everyone, not just you Amy*

Going back to WW for this week.. It's easier and more structured for when I'm in classes, and to be honest, I'm really enjoying the fruit and bread... Seems whenever I do a Akins week, I stay the same... *hmmm* something to think about maybe?

Finished for the day...if I put it in writing, then it's gonna be true.

8:30-1-chicken breast and mayo for dipping

11:30-2-PB&J on wassa

4:30-1-1/2 piece spinach pie. tossed salad with 1000 Island dressing. About 10 of my husbands french fries. We were eating out...another bad habbit I need to break but not this week.

Lei-Not changing my plan. I like it too much. It's the weighing thing. I had broken myself of the habbit but it's ok. I was steeling myself for a gain.

Quick update: after the coffee, turkey, and cucumber, I had another 1/2 of the cucumber, 1/2 a tomato, then a salad with peppercorn dressing, then cabbage with butter, then the tip of the Cheesecake Factory's 6 carb cheesecake (I honestly didn't want it.... A person who I hadn't seen in many years bought it for me though, so I didn't want to refuse. I did only eat the tip off of it though). I just had a little more cabbage with butter. Wow, that's a lot of veggies!! And I jogged for 45 minutes today too! Hope everyone had a great day!

I've decided to make the effort to eat to within 300 - 500 calories of my BMR, which I've calculated to be over 2600. I been at it for the past couple of days, and I can tell that my calories had been too low, because I feel like I'm stuffing my face. And I feel pretty stuffed too.

b. 3 sausage links, 2 oopsies, 2 hb eggs w/mayo, coffee
s. 1 cheese stick
l. pork chop and salad w/ceasar dressing, coffee
s. "pb&j sammich", w/oopsies, natural pb, and walden's 0 cal strawberry spread
d. baked salmon, steamed spinach, herb tea
w. 100+ oz
2340 calories, 26 carbs (17 net)
