holy smokes ooba, you had me worried there for a second,

Alex, Mack good to see you guys back around!

missed my p90 workout for the second time this week, renovations is taking priority now, just finished cutting the rest of the tiles and after lunch i plan on getting them all installed, maybe grouting on sunday, and move the stove , dishwasher back in for monday evening, sounds like a plan!

gotta work this weekend on nites which i hate, but its a holiday (work holiday) on monday so the place should be very queit, usually on those days theres not too much to do, so i can get some rest in from the lack of it this week

the big question: who is going to start next months thread, its only a few days away.

Any takers????

Hey Guys...Harley Checking in.

I got my rock delivered this morning...I will have to take some pictures of it before I spread it...pretty impressive mountain that I need to get through this weekend. It's my 10 year wedding aniversary today. I am going to make some cajun bacon wrapped shrimp and some nice thick steaks on the grill for dinner tonight. We will probably pop a bottle of wine as well. We will keep it pretty low key.

Have a great weekend fellas...Hang tough!

Well it is official, this weeks eats have gone to hell. Lately I have been stuck in this pattern of 2 weeks perfect diet, then 1 week on crap. I have got to break the cycle. The only thing I can be proud of is I have made and kept the commitment to exercise every day.

Harley - Congrats on the aniversary. Did all that rock come on one truck, or several smaller loads?

I think I have been around long enough, I'll start us off for the June thread. I'll give it a shot some time Saterday.

Good luck fellas.

Friday

well its official, the last cut tile has been put in!! i am happy as a motherfu^&*er now, but nervous the kids will forget and step on them and make em all wonky

all in all the job looks great, but ill have to wait for grouting to be sure, i am confident it will be ok though, all thanks to the Tavy tile puck, what an ingenious invention, and so simple too

all right eats for me have been crap today, i had breakfast but didnt have time for much else than snacking, the mortar was a time sensitive deal, so i busted open an easter bunny that i forgot was in the freezer, made sure to give the kids some to get rid of some of it, i had a few chuinks of it and that was really enough for me, im sure i burned it off already with todays work

and am very happy i now have some control and dont need to eat the whole thing or even half, or 1/3 , you get the point!

Ooba, thanks for stepping up to start June off !

I am looking forward to June, and to being in the best shape i can get ,

leaving for work in about 1.5 hrs, so ill check in tomorrow

have a great weekend everyone , also remember you have a first of the month weigh in on sunday and one on monday!!!

Hey guys,

Well, I had my first trip off the wagon in a long time last night. I was helping some friends from Tae Soo Do move into their new house, and they promised a grill out for the evenings festivities. Well, it rained like hell so the grill out became a pizza and wings night in. Oh, plus rum and beer. I didn't go crazy, and I'm right back on track. And you know, I realized all I really like about pizza is the sauce and the toppings. The crust is a useless, flavorless blah. Ken, I think it was you who was making the low carb pizza fairly often a month or three back. If so, could you post the recipe.

Alex: Welcome back man. Its good to hear from ya.

I got a PM from KTMGM. I had sent out a couple PMs to a few AWOL guys. KTMGM said we'd be hearing from him soon. Its always good to see a recruit come home.

Ooba: I like to see volunteers. This'll be your first Camp C thread start, so make it a good one.

Harley: Gratz on the Ten Year.

Cheers,

Hey Hows Everyone,

Missed my upper body workout today but kinda got one on while scrubbing the deck. I power washed it a couple weeks ago and it looked like crap. DW put some nasty stain on my cedar decking and half stayed on. So today I started to strip it. What a pain in the ass. I got it half done and I'l finish it up tomorrow. Then I;ll re finish it later this week after it dries out good. Looks like a killer week ahead do I need to get this project done.

Harley congrats on the 10 and have fun with the rock.

Ed out

Update on the Sex in the City crisis of 2008; got out of going to the movie. Convinced her that going on opening night was a bad idea and that she should go out for drinks with her friends and then after we would go out and do something.

In the end, she went out to dinner, I went to the gym. All worked out perfect. For some reason today I am really tired/lethargic and dont feel like doing anything. Thinking about heading to the gym before I go out tonight; friends band is playing at a bar so I have to go see them before I leave.

Stay strong for Monday people.

Late check in,

DW went shopping with a Friend early this am. So I figure I'll get to sleep in, NOT. Phone starts to ring at 8:30 I finally pick it up and it's DW calling to let me know a Friend is bringing a load of firewood over. Great. Phone rings again, it's the freind saying he'll be here in 30 min. Great. Wake up the boys we got work to do. We had to move the existing wood pile to make room for the truck load thats on its way. Well we just got finished and he pulls up with the truck load. Talk about timing. So now I'm all hot and sweaty I might as well get done what I was planing on doing before the phone started to ring. Clean the deck and prep it for re staining. After 2 hrs of applying stripper and scrubbing on to the power washing. Just about done and it starts to pour. That felt good.
That was my workout for the day. Showered off to home depot for some stain. But enough of my yappin'. See ya at weigh in on Sunday.

So is there going to be a June edition?

Also I'm going to do a carb binge tomorrow. Been on a stall for 3 weeks now and I was reading that a lot of people have had positive results with a carb binge then going back to induction. I'm really looking forward to Indian food most of all. It should be interesting to see how my tastes have changed and whether eating crap will actually be satisfying!

I'll certainly keep you all posted.
