my RECAP:

exercise: couldn't do it other than a couple GOT walks. BUT, I knew I may not be able to do the other because of my back. I plan on trying weights again some time this week. hopefully my back will agree.

food: I suck! ok, so I did ok until I got really sick again and then lost it bad. trying today even though I'm still not feeling good. this is the hardest time to stick to a plan and I've managed a couple times being sick in the last 6 weeks but this was just too much and it hit me hard and I fell hard.

bible study/quiet time: I have done some of this this week. I have 1 more study to get in today before my bible study tonight.


this weeks GOALS:
food: STAY on PLAN!

exercise: get back into a solid routine following my plan as close as my back will allow.

quiet time: get all my bible study lesson's done and some additional quiet time for prayer and reflection.

I have to admit....I've never watched a single race. I drive in Dallas traffic everyday - the last thing I need for entertainment is to watch more fast cars trying to beat each other out!!
