Just went for my 2 mile walk. I didn't get out early this morning and it really tired me out, but I am walking at a pretty fast pace.

The bad thing is that when I got home I heard a noise and went into our Master Bath and we had a flood again. Needless to say, that was not fun, but we got it cleaned up and Henry swore last time that he had it fixed.

Did someone say babbbby? Can't wait to hear of the arrival! How exciting! Peskie enjoy your unexpected weekend. Unexpected fun is the BEST.Can't believe it's already Friday, though I am sleepy enough for it...lol Russ is always home on Fridays, and he's such a distraction.... Such a handsome blue eyed (and just got his hair cut before I got home) distraction... *sighhhhhhhhh* How's a girl to study? I love him. I think I'll keep him.  Coffee's just done - I can smellll it! Who else wants a cup?!

Peskie, you look positively RADIANT in that picture!!!!
Patty sorry to hear about your mess - reminds me of when the inside flooded and Peanut was a wee little guy. Water up past our ankles and he was asking where the ducks were because he wanted to feed them.  Then again, with the flooding this Winter, the boys DID feed their geese outside their bedroom window - as the geese used our deck for a DOCK (as it became free floating!..lol).... I'm impatiently awaiting baby news but do hope He holds off for ya. not sure the mama would agree with holding off, lol. (I remember what it felt like at the end. couldn't WAIT). Peskieroni, where are you going? (sorry, if I missed it). hello. home from work enjoying a cup of coffee. dd17 went out for coffee with our Youth pastor and his wife and dd19 is at work. the house is ALL MINE! too bad dh isn't home, lol. tomorrow dd17 is helping at the special olympics spring games just down the road from us. Stews, we had the house to ourselves earlier.
 Enjoy your quiet time with some coffee.  I am off to pour a second cup and try to sit back down and get in some reading for school. I am proud of myself. I just told someone NO. I feel no guilt, lately in doing that, when it's something that I need for ME - as it's much easier to be a people pleaser - I KNOW that, and that's why I'm proud...lol SOmeone came over asked me to come look at something - before I would have went, having felt too guilty to say no, because they wanted me to come so badly. I said I'll come over later maybe. I am studying right now. I can tell she wasn't thrilled. Though I have been feeling a migraine coming on for half the day, I want to get stuff done for school, and just because I said NO.  Saying no feels good. |
