I wouldn't use it for falling asleep. Though just to soothe for a while. Good idea to pick up a water bottle. Had one years ago, although I never ever used it so got rid of it... lol

Sunny so sorry you didn't sleep well. I remember those TOM visits. I haven't missed him at ALL since the surgery in '97!!!!

I quit getting the visit form Tom in 1990, but I tell you what girls, that is a pain that you don't forget. I had terrible pain every month since I was 12 years old. Mommy would have to come and get me out of school and dope me up with Emprin and Codeine. That is before they came out with the Ibuprofen Products...

I have a weight machine and I do almost all the exercises I can on it. Almost all my major muscle groups. I worked out for about 30 min. today. I can tell that I am getting a lot stronger.

Does anyone have an elliptical in their home? I really wish I did! I love those things, and they are much easier on my knee and my heel spur than my treadmill is (which I never use).

The butterflies have hatched! My classroom was all abuzz with the excitement today! It was fun!

Just wanted to say hi!!!!

Just studying a bunch here, trying not to fall asleep in my books! *laugh*

I just booked a trip to visit my sister in June. My sister's paying to fly us out. The boys have never flown. Actually, Peanut has when he was a baby, so his not remembering doesn't "count"...lol

I booked the trip, so I have a full week home after graduation - then we'll be gone the following week - leaving on a Monday and flying back in on Friday night.

I was excited that I got the opportunity to pick our seats. I wanted both the boys to have a window seat, so I sat Timbers at a window, myself next to him in an aisle seat, and Peanut right in front of Timbers so he can look out the window too.

They are really excited and can't wait.

I am excited to think of a week of relaxing and some fun times with my sister... It's a pretty nice carrot at the end of a VERY busy school year/quarter.

Something to look forward to.

That is SO exciting!!!! It's amazing and leaves me filled with SO much joy to see the sparkle in the kids eyes when they see that they have "new" creatures, after their long anticipated wait!!!

Do you do tadpoles too?

We do those here at home with the boys - we put some in a horse trough every year, after going "tad pole hunting". Boys LOVE the tradition.

We just got a new fish after setting up a brackish tank - it's a green spotted puffer. They are known for their "puppy" like personality. They are amazing, and I told my DH when I get my classroom, he's coming in to set one up in the room for the kiddos.
