Does anyone here know why this could have happened...when normally the opposite happens? I have never experienced a "going" problem. I've always experienced an "Oh-Oh...I have to go" problem!!!

L&F, I hope you managed some good sleep . Tooter, how was your weekend on the lake? Pear, how's life going in your household? Jean, any progress on getting yourselves into the same place? Anybody else with us this week? Hippie?

I was feeling very pleased that I managed my yoga course without being as exhausted as I have been on previous ones, even though TOM was starting during the weekend, so it wasn't the greatest timing. I was surprised that I actually had some cramping this time, which I haven't had for ages. I don't know if that's just a random fluctuation, or a sign my hormone levels are picking up a bit. I have mixed feelings about that - part of me just wants to feel better, whatever it takes, part thinks it would be quite nice to have all this menstruation stuff over with, and part thinks that more ovulating cycles keep oestrogen going for longer and reduce the risk of osteoporosis later on. Of course, whatever I think about it, it's not as if I can actually choose .

Yesterday morning I felt almost bouncy . Faded out a bit in the afternoon, but it's been so long since I felt like that that it's good to see it can still happen .

Hi, Ailuros!!!!

I do not know if you'd call it good sleep, but I did sleep. This cold is wearing me down, and keeps waking me up. (It can't make up it's mind!!!)

Instead of sandwiches this week....
I found some wraps at Wal-Mart. They have only 4 net carbs. Although they are not "clean" low carb....I figured that they would be better than bread. So, I will be using them for my "sandwiches" this week. Boy...they sure do take advantage of us low-carbers. They charge sooo much more for "our" products....

I'm glad that you are starting to feel "normal" again. However, you might have felt "normal" the other way...after living that way for so long.

Good Morning!!!

Pear, happy belated Birthday!!!! How does it feel to be 29?

We had a great weekend at the lake. Saturday morning my Oldest called us. He and DIL wanted to come down to the Lake with Irelyn and bring another friend.
Hubby got the jet skis ready and I ran to the store to get more groceries. The kids and hubby had a blast on the Jet skis and I got to play with Irelyn on the boat. The kids left at about 7:00pm (and just missed the rain) and Hubby and I spent the night on the boat again. We came home Sunday morning and then all the kids Showed up early Sunday afternoon at our house. The kids don't want to miss a Sunday!! With Boat season here, I'll need to get more organized so that we still have Our "Sunday, family time".

It feels great to be 29!!! (with ten years experience)

No, seriously, feels better than last year healthwise. I'm really looking forward to 40 since the oldest turns 18, and I'm looking even more forward to 42.5 when the youngest turns 18. This means freedom (from my ex).

The youngest moved home late Sunday night. Things went from bad to worse at her fathers. He's crazy. Now she is waiting for her old school to come up with final grades so she can transfer to her new school back in her old school district. I really hope things go better this time around. We have resigned ourselves from her schoolwork. She knows the benefits and consequences, and we have to leave it to her to do what she needs to do. We can't get emotionally involved in that anymore.

The wraps sound good, Click. I havent found any low carb wraps around here, but havent looked that hard either. I think its the perfect solution for you to eat on the go.

Glad you enjoyed your weekend on the lake, Tooter. We'll be spending more time on the lake this summer too. We bought into the year of unlimited boat tours deal that the dinner cruise offered. It was not much money and we can go as often as we want to enjoy the area while we can.

That DOES look cool!!! I like to watch Celebrity fit club and they are constantly having commercials for it. Is it out yet? It looks like it would be fun, entertaining and a great way to get exercise. We have a Wii....I don't use it much, but I BET I would use this.

What have you found out, Pear?

Its coming out at the end of May. I have one one pre-order at amazon scheduled to ship out May 27th. I think it would make me use the wii more. If I can get it away from the girls, they're really into Guitar Hero.

Middling today, thank you, Tooter . Yesterday I was pretty faded-feeling, so I was disappointed that the bounce didn't last, but so far I've not totally crashed, so there's hope . I have to keep remembering how much better I am than this time last year.

Click, you are so right. I can't believe how romantic he has become. It's like once he made up his mind to be with me on a more permanent basis he is letting himself think about it all the time.

You wouldn't believe the phone conversations from a man of few words. Things like, I really enjoy being with you and can't wait to share things with you; we've been planning our little mini vacation.

I'm still afraid to hope that he will really move down here, wouldn't that be awesome?!?!?

I hope everyone is having a great day. It is overcast and 68 degrees but was in the 90's for a couple of days, very unusual. We had the A/C on, for sure, but am enjoying the cooler weather.

My weight went down to 191 one morning but jumped back up. I hate when it does that. Perhaps I was dehydrated from all the hot weather although I drank tons of ice water. It sure did look good on the scales.
