Baby steps.....that's my "checkpoint".

I think if I give myself permission to re-evaluate then instead of looking too long term, I'll be more likely to accept the challenge come Friday.

My plan is raw tuna slices, seaweed covered fishys and stuff like that instead of the ricey covered stuff.
