I'm on track today with eating so far.

Not happy with my doctor. Spoke with her on the phone and she wants to wait another 3 months and redo the blood work. She says my thyroid in not bad enough to treat and recommended a glandular thyroid support. From what I've read, they don't do much.

As I research, I just know I need to exercise and fight through the lethargy. But it's like the chicken egg thing. I'm so tired I don't want to do anything, never mind exercise...and if I DO exercise, I will jump start my metabolism.


Lord, please help me with this!

Yeah. It's not like I want a whole bunch of pills but they are all really quick to give the ADs but not armour thyroid? I don't get it? Oh well, I'm going to try to read up on this without making myself crazy and see what I can accomplish with diet/exercise/prayer.

dooy, keep after your Dr. and she won't help you then find one that will. I felt exactly as you do until they put me on Amour Thyroid and I had to fight for 4 years to get it done. You are paying your Dr. for their services and if they won't help you, then you need to find another one. You have all the classic symptoms of thyroid disease, and it doesn't always show up in blood work. Keep after them baby and get help.

This makes me mad that Dr's don't listen...

It might if I was not going to need fuel for a hard workout. But not in this case. Thanks though

Oh and for ME I can't really go by that. If I don't eat in a certain amount of time I tend to overeat later.

I am having to favor my left ankle today. I may have to wait until our golf trip before I walk again, but I will do some kind of exercise, even, if I just go up and down stairs. I want to make sure that I can play golf.

I ate a few. I usually do anyway sometime the during the day. They have never hurt my weight loss as long as I don't overdo it and I usually don't have a problem with portion control with them for some reason.
