Yep no cheats at all. Still making the choices every morning. Today this was what I had:

Breakfast: inside of sausage egg cheese mcmuffin
Lunch: about 3 grilled chicken tenderloins, green beans
Snack: peanuts

Already listed workout

How can I GAIN on what I'm eating??? I know the weights can make you do that at first. I am counting on that being the cause for now anyway. I feel great so am not gonna sweat it right now. I choose not to!

She does. Doody is cute and kinda new to VA too. She's a former YANKEE

I'm married! I have 4 stepchildren and one son who's mine, all grown and out in the world! We are VERY happy empty nesters though!

I'm an accountant and part-time counselor. LOVE to be full-time but so far God hasn't opened the door. Just finished getting my Bachelors degree last August at age 47! Let's see and I am the most humble of all the WITS
