My choices today:

I choose to lean on God for my every decision today
I choose to make wise use of my time today
I choose to stay on plan eating-wise totally today
At lunch I choose to meditate on God's Word and praise Him

I have decided to go ahead and cut my calories just a little bit. Scale is still the same this morning. Of course I am starting weights again so it may hold on to water for a while so I have to remember that. I only had one Sharon special this morning instead of two. With my appetite waning that is really enough anyway. I'll go ahead and eat my tuna for lunch and then meat/veggie for dinner.

Just so everyone knows..

I'm going to look much more closely at my calories, too! We also got our weight room put back together last night so hopefully I can quickly get back into that groove - which will help a great deal!

I feel your pain! I'm so disappointed....I found a great affordable housekeeper. She did a make-ready cleaning on my house (3300 sq ft) before we moved back in for $150 (included windows inside and out) and I was so excited about having her come twice a month to clean...and now she's disappeared. Phone's disconnected even.

. now I have a pounding headache and and so tired I could sleep standing up. The upside is that the majority of my practice problems were right. whew!

Well, I have dinner in the crock pot. I have studying to do and some calls to make. I am going to be productive today.

It looks like DH is going to lose his job. company is on the chopping block.

I have to look at the blessing in the timing since I will start my job soon. God is good.
