Come visit me and just hang out for a few days/week this summer and you'll be able to swim right here.

You can bring MY boys with you.

The competition of gyms here has driven the prices down thank goodness. The hospitals and YMCA are still expensive though. I wouldn't trade mine for any of them though. I can take anybody to the pool anytime I want. They just have to pay $6. I think that's just the outdoor one too, not the indoor.

I don't blame you for taking the summer off, your boys, your orchard, your beautiful home....

Enjoy it. Bask in the time and get back with it come FALL.

We have no gym with a pool except the Y here.

Then we have Curves and one other gym, but not a full fledged thing. The 2 other "big" fitness centers we had closed. Economy didn't support it around here.

How charitable of you.

Though you would spoil them like my sister, and how would I convince them to come back home?

They do make awfully good weed-pullers though..... Especially when they get in trouble. (They get extra rows in the veggie garden then...lol)

Yes, I would spoil them.

Cute boys are made to be spoiled. And I can always use good weed-pullers.

Thanks Peskie.

This is the first summer I've taken off, and I really want to be FRESH starting in at the new University.

That and *sniff* the boys are growing so fast, this time is important to me. Can you believe Peanut will be ELEVEN this July?!

You remind me a lot of how my sister is with the boys already...

I know you... You would feel sorry for them if they got in trouble and had to be disciplined.

I look at my sister and I tell her, "Don't you DARE feel sorry for him."

Though, I digress, she does ANYWAYS.

Though, now that my neices and nephews live closer I suddenly understand this phenonoma.... I've never heard my 4 yr old niece whine... I'm sure her Mom is making it up... And I've never seen her do a bad thing. I know she is a perfect angel.

quick check in.

just got home from the shelter and have to leave soon to pick up dh.

I am doing ok but need a little more time. oh and I van broke down last night so we have 1 car and 4 different directions to go . I am NOT happy. ack! we are dropping it off at the shop tonight. hopefully it won't be too bad and we'll have it back by the weekend. I really don't know how to do this next week if we don't have 2 cars again.

as far as my recap goes. I had a couple days that I blew it, but other than that I've pretty much been on plan. kitchen is in order (thanks to dh), I've done my bible study (except I still need to do one tonight) and I need to find my dining room table under the papers. I know it's there somewhere .

so you can see that I didn't totally Rock my plan, BUT I did get through a couple weeks sick and for the most part have handled emotions in a healthy manner. didn't let my couple afternoon/evenings off go further.

have a good evening everyone.

I plan on taking the next couple days and still focusing on some things but will be back shortly. hopefully by this weekend I'll feel ready.
