Good Morning. I lost 2.2lbs this week. It was just the matter of getting back on CAD...

My exercise was good. I walked just about every day that I could.

My eating could have been a little better. Some of choices where not the best but I did continue to lose.

We will be getting lots of exercise the next two days playing golf and my right hand playing slots. No wonder my right hand is smaller then the left. Ha,Ha....

I will see you Friday or Saturday. Have fun while I am gone. Keep the posts going.

I am all ready. I am just waiting for Henry to get his stuff together. It takes him a long time to wake-up in the mornings.

I cut out the coffee today, so hope I found what was bothering me. I was feeling a lot better yesterday afternoon.

Good grief...what got into you girls last night? I had 7 pages to catch up on this morning....sheesh!!!

This wk: 153.0

Don't know how I'm gonna eat, but I'm gonna keep eating less, making wiser choices on the road and slowly but surely get this weight back off.

It helps me, too. I can't commit to a l/c lifestyle with the lifestyle I live - l/c and traveling every weekend doing 3 church services/concerts is nearly impossible. But that doesn't give me a free pass to eat anything and everything. I watched the season finale of Biggest Loser last night and realized that if those people can lose 45% of their body fat when they start out barely able to walk a mile...I have no excuse! I just have to be the one in control....not my plate!

Right!!! AND sounds like it's workin' for ya so far! I wondered if that Biggest Loser thing is motivating. It seems like it would be.

I love that show! I wish I had the time to exercise like that....its so hard to get into the groove of exercising when its a daily struggle to squeeze in 10-15 minutes here and there.

Consider yourself smacked! I already emailed DH this morning that we need to move getting the fitness room put together to the top of our to-do list. I can at least get in 45 minutes to an hour at night before collapsing into bed! The weekends will be hit and miss but that's no reason to not do it at all.

As for the Princess....silly goose! A princess doesn't walk....she glides or is carried! Sheesh!
