Good Morning!!!

The work day went very well yesterday, I was super super busy but was able to look at it and list which I needed to do first, and got it done! Whhheeewww 3 more days alone doing it, then Friday they return!
Softball practice went very well. The girls are catching on pretty fast, looks like Casey will be playing first base. She is nervous about it, but we need her there. Course standing up and trying to help some didn't help my injury!

Terry- many for today!!!

Pam- Sounds like you had a nice visit.... Water weight my dear.... give it a few days

Jamie- how did day 1 go?

Marie- We may have that program at work!

Tap- Glad your feeling better

Bonnie- Keep up the great job!

Lise- Thanks for the recipe yesterday, I have copied it, maybe it will turn out better then my last batch did! LOL

Day One went well Diana, thanks for asking I just ate as much "legal" as I wanted. When I started looking for things late I made myself go to bed. I can't wait for ketosis to kick in...you are inspiring me right now

Bonnie....what did you think of DWTS? I think Priscilla is done but man....I still admire her! She did a split that I couldn't have done at 22 never mind 62 I Jason still and I think the judges were spot on on everything else...still think Kristi looked the same though.

Sox won

Got to fly...have a great day everyone!

good morning

Diana - I find myself making lists at work all the time. I get pulled in so many different directions that I feel overwhelmed sometimes. Writing it down and crossing things off one by one make me feel like I am accomplishing things. I love my new boss but I feel like I'm still in the Finance Department instead of her department

Pammy & Marie

Tiff & Jo

James - I'm afraid Priscilla might be next to go too. I agree, her split was amazing ... I still don't like Marissa - her dancing was much improved but her personality gets on my nerves ... Mario is ok, but he doesn't excite me. What was Karina thinking when she picked that outfit??? I thought WTH with "A Tisket a Tasket" for a Samba???? whatever ... I felt bad for Marlee & Shannon ... Christian still gives me the creeps - I think it is the eyes I loved their telenovela though ... I do like Kristi but she and Mark bore me <yawn> ... Jason and Edyta are hot! It was funny, D was on the phone with Steve's dad through most of the show. He finished in time to see Tom say J & E were up next and he says, "good, I didn't miss him". Makes me wonder if other football fans are secretly watching him ... the NFL isn't exactly marketing the fact he is on DWTS, which is a shame considering all the bad press the league gets with Vick, Pacman etc etc.

Still on plan, but let me just say, I'm ready to throw the scale out the window I was actually back up to 176.6 this morning. I need to go through my FitDay and reevaluate things ... I quit eating cheese because I thought it may be the culprit but so far it hasn't made a difference. I'm tempted to eat a baked potato with all the fixings

Everyone get their taxes done? Today is April 15th we got ours from the tax guy yesterday afternoon and got them signed and e-sent

have a great Tuesday ... all around

Bonnie- I had so much sodium yesterday the scale read 157!! 3lbs! UNREAL!! Hang in there it's our bodies fighting, they want to hold onto all those fat cells and we are wanting to empty them out!

Jamie- Glad it went well! Keep it up....

Pam- you know you can lose it, I've seen ya do it...

Marie- hope things get better...

I rescheduled my MRI. The doctor said it was o.k. to do an open one, but that meant going to a different facility, so that meant a complete reschedule of everything - both the MRI itself and the follow up appointment. I've had open MRI's and they're a cinch. I can do it with no problem and no sedation. I'm very relieved.

Bonnie, don't give in to the baked potato.

It's tax day!!! Only the wife of a CPA would be so overjoyed about this auspicious occasion. We made it through another one. We e-filed this year and already got our refund. It was super fast! Now I can have the landscaper come over and talk to us.

Jamie, I live for April 15th too! I just can't go to sleep until after he gets home at night, and sometimes it makes for some sleep deprivation.

Morning!!

Woke at 1:30am to Mia jumping around in the PC room, well Hampsey got loose again- he flipped the top tube lid and excaped! So I turn on the light and there is Mia standing with Hampsey in her mouth. No squeeks from hampsey, but he was alive. Mia gently sets him down and backs up. At first I thought it was a mouse and I yelled, "OMG, we have a mouse in the house!" after a second I realized it was Hampsey. I thought oh, what a cute golden mouse...DUH!!!!
So Casey wakes up and comes in, I get Mia out and shut the door behind me, I grab a plastic bag since he is a squirmer. I walk in and catch him. That easlily... TOO easy. I get in back into his cage and off to bed we go. So I am laying there and I think, that little pest is going to get out the same way unless I tape that top tube down. So I get up go to the garage (It's after 2AM by this time) I go into Caseys room I start taping it, and I look over.... Hampsey is in his tube (where he goes when he is scared) I continue looking at him---drawn to him, it was weird. Well I watched him close his eyes and he slid down the tube a bit. I went ahead and told Casey, she was still up... the tears just poured. She called dad who of course was still up since he is in Phoenix and there is a time difference.
Mia did not mean to hurt Hampsey. She wanted to play and she is really a gentle dog, but a hampster is so soft, not boney and the pressure from Mias teeth was too much. All Mia wanted to do is get him and get me up. She found Hampsey the last time he excaped and didn't hurt him. So needless to say Casey went to bed late and is so sad.
I set the cage in the garage, Casey said mommy what are the chances Hampsey comes back to us by morning? I told her, honey Hampsey is with us right now.

Other then that... another busy day....I am sure I'll be super tired tonight...
Only dropped 1lb of that extra water... YIKES! My meal was not salty yesterday, I should have released more. Bummer looks like I wont hit my goal of 152 by Saturday....
