and thank you Marie for starting us up. I'm having a family dinner today. But only 1/2 the family is coming, . The other 1/2 had other plans so I told them "maybe next time". I'm trying to do these at least once a month. It's so easy for everybody to get so busy that nobody sees each except for holidays. So I'm making a holiday every month, whether there is a real one or not. I hope it works out.

Well, back from the mayhem, clutter, smell and roaches.....
Finally feel like eating my oatmeal....didn't have the stomach for it till a few minutes ago.
Housework and cooking several meals for me today....laundry too. I don't mind it though....
Sandy: your monthly holiday sounds like a good idea....I might try that after the living room is finished....
Morning Patty!

I really let the laundry go.....But almost got it done! By tonight it will be done. Got 2 meals cooked for Randy and he is making homemade pizza right now....that will feed him today and tomorrow! I like to do this so he only has to cook a couple times during the week. Clean linens on the bed. Floors clean. It has been a good Sunday. Made some pudding for tonight and have some berries thawing to have with the pudding...Need to stay on track now....I am feeling pretty good today.

Yes it's Monday, and I was able to sleep in till 7 this morning instead of my 4 AM wake up time.

Did 3 miles on the treadmill, water all my house plants, feed the fish and made the call for unemployment for the week. I'm heading outside to help DH with some yard work, we will work around the snow that is still hanging on in the yard.

Patty: to your first day at work.

Marie: You need to go to work to relax , I'm sure your beat with all the house work you did yesterday.

Lise: your doing great.

to every one else.

Hi everybody,
Carol, is that your yard in your avi? It's beautiful! It looks like one I saw on a garden tour one time!

Marie, you are going wonderful! All that planning will certainly pay off.

Mel, We miss you around here so I'm glad your co-worker is returning soon.

Patty, good luck today!!

Jenn, we miss you too!

Lise, love the crocus in your avi! I love yellow flowers!

Monika, how are the pupsters doing?

Lou, I hope you're having fun on your cruise!! I think you're gone anyway.

Hugs and hello to anybody I missed. It's not intentional for sure!

I think I'm back on track today. So far so good anyway. I need to go take my dad to the grocery today before I take Mom to the pain specialist. I've already worked out and done some laundry and ran a few errands. That'll be it for my stuff today. I'm sure the Dr. will probably take til dinner time. There's always a long wait there. grrr!!

I'm not gone yet.........

But you know what? I have been busting my butt for the last couple weeks to get everything caught up and ready for when I go. And I am done. As in finished with everything. I actually don't have any work to do today. So, I am going to clean the house instead. Looks like last week was the week where everyone wanted one last piece of me.

Or maybe I'll start reading one of the many books I plan on reading while I'm basking in the sun on my balcony.

Patty - good luck today on your new job!

I'm really kind of at a loss here. I am used to the phone ringing off the hook and a million and one things that need to be done.

I am not used to this. I better start getting into relax mode.

Lou

Hey girls, watching Alyssa while Kim and her hubby go to DH's step-dad's to possibly drawl a contract up on a house that they like. I think I'll be here to at least 10:30 and I am very tired. Thank God I don't have a real far way to drive home.

What is gas in everyone's area? Ours is $3.45 for the lowest grade. I think that's absolutely rediculous. For $9 I got 2.6 gallons and barely took it to the 1/4 mark in my Contour.

I did horrible on my diet today. It wasn't a total washout but it surely wasn't my best of days. I have to get back with it tomorrow, that's for sure. I did drink more water today than I usually do, so that's good.

Toodles, nite WW girlfriends. I'm hitting the sack as soon as I get home!!!

Good morning!
Rebecca: I did pretty good yesterday eating-wise but then I got too hungry and it fell apart last night.....I felt terrible afterwards and going to try to remember that feeling next time I want to stray like that again! I think at lunch time I am going to finish planning my food for the day and maybe that will be better....Going to take a snack to the other job too although it is usually too busy to eat....or drink!
Got my 6 week review at the 2nd job (he is behind in reviews a bit) and I am doing great. I have already found out that there usually are no raises there if you are working pt. Kind of sh*tty but I am only there hopefully till the end of the year or sooner....This company makes me appreciate the company where I work full time. ALL the way around. All in all though it is good $$ for PT for now!

Marie....we have SAP here for sure....bought my courier program off a guy who designed it and it has so many little things that need tweaking but the guy has disappeared....no program support at all.......I really feel your pain where the food planning is concerned....you are working such long hours....hard to know what to do really but I'm so glad that you keep hanging on...I can't count how many times that I've spiralled out of control....it's best to forgive, forget and move on.......

all around....I've got lots of catching up to do since I missed yesterday....and W has 4 more appts this week that I'll be popping in and out for...

So, I'm leaving tomorrow.......

And my new pet sitter has yet to call. She's met the dogs exactly once (and they will not let her in the door if they don't meet her again) plus DH wanted to how her how the sprinklers work, and I wanted to tell her NO PARTIES and show her some other stuff. So, plan B is having DF watch the dogs - at her house - while the kitties terrorize each other alone here. New pet sitter was all in a frenzy because her ears popped (yeah, you read that right) so she went to the emergency room and has been down for the count ever since - too ill to even return my calls.

So, I'm back down to the low end of my waffle, which is better than being outside my waffle altogether.

And I want to get a tattoo in Hawaii. I don't know that it will happen, but I will keep you posted.

Lots of loose ends to tie up here, including packing.

I'll pop back in before I leave.

Lou
