Is it too late to join??? I want to be down at least another 15 punds by june 11 when we leave on vacation for estes park all because of the picture i found on my compyter from last summer there. uggh I can tell i lost weight but i want to have a new pic taken on the same rock .

its never to late to start losing weight!
the more the merrier!
I haven't done the fat fast in a while..
I did it once for 2 days and honestly can't remember the outcome lol...
I had chinese food 2 days in a row and gained a ton of water weight.. BLAHGHGHGHGHH! lol
I deserve it though I know it does that to me
So the next few days im really upping my willpower, I want to lose this water weight and get the ball rolling again..

Welcome, Mommyto3Boyz.

Absolutely, you should join us! You can lose those 11 pounds. I also have a little trip to Chicago on June 12 with my Mom and sister, and I would have so many more cute clothes to wear if I could lose around 10 pounds by that point. Let's do it!

I've been totally on track this week. I'm doing the egg creams for breakfast and dinner tonight. Had a bunless cheeseburger with lettuce for lunch. Drinking tons of water. Feel great!

Don't worry, Kerry. That water weight will be gone in a couple of days, and you'll be losing again. If you don't already, maybe you could add some lemon slices/juice to your water. I've always read that lemon is good to flush out the system.

ok so today I had my eggcream for breakfast, a huge salad for lunch (that boo knocked me out of ketosis) and an eggcream for dinner.
I plan on having another for breakfast tomorrow... I love these things and how they make me feel!

Gals,
Still at 161 this am. I ate beef o brady's garlic parmesan chicken wings for dinner last night. I could tell they were a lil salty. My rings were tight this am.
So far today i've had,
8 leftover wingettes
1 tb mayo
2 cafe w/ light table cream and davincis
48 oz of water (I was verrry thisrsty)
3 miles on my SB

for lunch I will have
albacore tuna w/ mayo
EC made w/ 1 egg

snack
Diet rootbeer w/ Light table cream

Dinner
EC 1 or2 eggs not sure yet.
and something else

I am going to try to watch the sodium today
I am also going to try to figure out how many calories this is, because I am also trying to get close to my BMR number, which is about 2000 calories in order to loose and 2350 in order to maintain.

Just checking in. I saw 172 on the scale this morning! Yipee!!! It was actually 172.8, but STILL--I saw 1-7-2. :-) I will probably fall off the scale when I see 160-something. That will be a happy day, and I'm getting closer!

Having my egg cream now. The coffee version is my favorite. I just love it.

ok so my water weight is almost totally off now (I weigh in this am at 156) which is still 1lb higher but i'll take it! lol
I also got my period out of the blue in the middle of my birth control packet.. wierd but ok, I started working next to someone new at work, who I talk to very often but we never worked with eachother. and I know my period always swings to the same as someone near me.. so i think my period is regulating its self.. oh well blah!

How did I miss this challenge? LOL I am an egg cream fanatic too and have all of my family hooked too LOL

I need to lose another 15lbs by July 12 to fit into this dress for my BFF's wedding. I ordered it when I was 5 months pregnant and I could actually zip it up back then LOL

This picture was taken April 18th after losing 12lbs, I have since lost another 8-10lbs depending how I hold my tongue when I step on the scale LOL... I am NOT trying it on again until the end of the month.

This is a size 14

Good morning! :-)

I tried on some clothing items this morning that have been too tight, and they are starting to fit. A dress I couldn't have worn a couple of weeks ago, I'm going to be able to wear this weekend to my sister's graduation. Yay!

I really feel like I'm melting this week. I can see it in my face, and I just feel it. I only lost another .5 since yesterday, but I just FEEL thinner today, you know?

I'm hoping maybe just maybe I'll see 170 by the weekend. We'll see!!!

I am at 161.6 this am. I think I have either been eating to much or exercising to much. I feel thinner, but it's not registering on the scale.

NeenaE--If you are feeling thinner, you probably are, even if the scale isn't moving like you want. I was reading a thread here on LCF yesterday in which a woman was writing that she had gone down two dress sizes without seeing major movement on the scale! Pretty amazing. But it just goes to show that we can't be too number-focused, but instead pay attention to the way our clothes are fitting, you know? (It is hard for me to remember this too, because I love to watch the scale!)

Well 5 pounds of fat is alot bigger then 5 pounds of muscle..

Im up in water weight again... I think today I really have to pay attention to how much water I'm drinking and how much sodium im injesting.. The scale has been moving back and foward 5lbs from day to day which is impossible lol.

I also can feel myself getting sick so I need to up my coconut oil intake.
I had my eggcream for breakfast, and I made tunafish with celery stalks for lunch, and an EAS low carb chocolate shake for a snack..
Then I will have another eggcream for dinner.
I use the EAS shakes for snacks because they are low calorie.

I am still bouncing back and forth between 189-191.5 for 2 weeks now...

Yet even now when I look in the mirror I look different and my clothes are a lot looser than when my stats read 192.

I do notice sometimes right before a WHOOSH that my fat rolls feel different, kind of looser and not as 'solid' kind of almost like a beany baby stuffing LOL.. so perhaps there is some truth to this water replacing the fat before the fat cell depletes...

My fat rolls feel like that today, so many this weekend I will see some movement in the scale, but I DefNitLEY am getting smaller.

Thanks for the advice. I am trying to use the Ec's in an LC plan and eat to BMR. WHOOO thats alot to keep up with. We can do this!!! hang in there gals, just hang in there!!

I made it to 1-7-0 today!!!! I can hardly believe it happened. It was my goal for the weekend, but I made it to 170.4 this morning! I can't even say how excited I am, but I'm also nervous....nervous that all of the sudden the weight will come back. It's like too good to be true. I probably stepped on the scale five times to make sure I was seeing it right this morning! I even had a tiny bit of peanut butter yesterday.

This weekend will be a bit of a challenge because we will be out of town visiting family. I'm going to do everything I can to stay on plan.

Yay for Friday! Have a good one!

Hopefully I can get my weight back down by next weekend.. I have my period and im retaining water bad! it stinks!

ooh i just wanted to add I just had a soda eggcream for the first time in ages, and it was sooooooo yummy and filling!
I used diet dr pepper, with vanilla sugarfree syrup, 3 eggs, and some heavy cream
