MAJOR LCF POSTER!

tio, I could live on Lebanon bologna. One of my favorite snacks is spreading cream cheese on Lebanon bologna and rolling it up. OMG that's good! I miss cream cheese so much.
Yep that's Meg. She's in bed with her head on a little pillow that she stole from me. Ugh, I'm waiting for the dryer repair guy who was supposed to be here before noon. I'm tempted to not answer the door when he shows up and just get a new dryer. I can't stand these people. |

Morning!
Kritter, I love that picture of Meg, she is such a sweetie! She's a yellow lab? Great story about lion pose attracting your dog to play time, when I had Hinsa it was the same way, if I was on the floor I was supposed to to be paying attention to HIM. Lil Miss, it is hard, isn't it? Stress for me has made it nearly impossible to lose these last few weeks. I have to lose weight though, I refuse to go to France with this stomach of mine. And I refuse to buy any new clothes to take to France that will accommodate this stomach. So I have to do something soon! Adi, glad to hear you only had a skinned knee from your fall. The Walmarts around here are really going downhill. Messy aisles, out of products. I wonder if because consumer spending is down, it's being reflected in their stores? TIO, glad to hear your trip was good. You seem to only go off plan with a few specific foods, I think that's good. That way, your core plan is stable. I need to cultivate that, (not the going off plan, having one and sticking to it!) |

Hey all
Adi-Good Grief! I am glad you are relatively okay after your fall! Sounds awful! Hope you arent too sore today! Kritter-so, did he show up? [dryer guy] Infuriating, isnt it? Sorry you are having to deal with it. Why cant you eat cream cheese? TIO-Glad you had a nice trip! You can eat a bagel and not gain like 5 lbs of water weight? THATS impressive! Hi Dak, yes, it IS hard. I am so sick of myself. The baby cries hysterically in the bath, so yesterday I got in with him, and I put on a bathing suit bc my oldest DS was around, anyway, point is, I put on a bathing suit and saw myself in the mirror. It was HORRIFYING. I have been working out since last July, diligently and I have nothing to show for it. Nothing is gonna improve if I dont get my eating under control. I have 6 weeks til a beach weekend with my sister and I NEED to lose 10-12 lbs by then. Then, I would like to lose an additional 10 or so..... I need more water.

kritter - Meg is so pretty. She just has a beautiful look in her eyes.
I did not file a report but I am now going to do all my shopping anyplace but Wal-Mart. They have nothing I can't buy anywhere else. Except Old Roy dog food so Dukie and the boys will just have to make do with Purina. I am fine. JUust bruised knees. Glad I fell square so I didn't hurt a hip or elbow or something like that. I am having to make a batch of soap every night since I am getting so low on so many fragrances. At least it doesn't spoil if I end up with too much. lilmiss - That is how I felt when I saw myself in a mirror at the service center with my hair in a bun. Awful. Got my hair cut the next day. Dak - You can take care of that stomach. Of course, I could too if I was just more disciplined. Tio - Glad you enjoyed your visit. Off to get ready for bed. I am tired.

hey y'all
Glad you are okay adi. Had horrible night, DH getting phone call from colleague at midnight about a crazy patient, then baby woke up shrieking - night terrors? And he was in our bed and then 6 yr old showed up in our bed, as he does every night. If its true that you cant lose weight if you dont get enough sleep than I will never lose any weight until these kids are grown, married and have kids of their own! weighed in this am. It was U G L Y. Do you all weigh in each day? I never know if I should or not, I mean it brings me so down and I beat myself up but on the other hand I feel like I need to kow the reality, yanno? Sore from Sunday. Worked out yesterday but only did weight. Supposed to walk with hood this morning but I never know if I am overdoing it. I mean I do weights 3 days and then with hood they do strength stuff with bands, so am I overworking muscles? I dont want to give up hood walk bc at least it is social...However, I am the only one with a 2 yr old who cannot sit still for the hour+ workout so some days I feel like it is NOT worth it. lil miss, I think you might be overdoing it by using the bands on the days off from lifting. Sometimes I weigh in every day and sometimes not. But I don't stress too much if it goes up, especially when I'm weight training. Then I really go by how my clothes feel.
I can't imagine being woken up constanly. Actually, Babycakes does wake me up a lot but if he won't shut up, I just kick him out and shut the door. Can't do that with a kid ![]() Dryer guy never showed up. So we'll have to drag ourselves out one of these days to buy one. adi, thanks for the compliments for Meg. She's really the sweetest tempered and gentlest dog I've ever known. I've never heard her growl. I always have that same reaction when I let my hair get too long. Not a good look on me. Dak, yep Meg's a yellow lab. What's a Hinsa? Hi TIO! So I'm not sure if it's from being sick over the weekend or my new exercise routine but I was able to fit into pants today that didn't fit last week.

WOW Kritter, that rawks about your pants!
hee hee, no, cant lock the kids out. I think what kills me is, its not just oh, I've been awakened, it is like full throttle awake and then someone wiggling and hitting you in the face all night. The worst is the baby [who turns two on Sunday and that makes me want to SOB] he head butts me! It HURTS! I agree with adi-Meg has THE sweetest face, I just adore her. I have always wanted a yellow lab, ALWAYS. [Sorry Molly!] Dak-Good to see ya toots, how is everything? |

Hello everyone,
Kritter, Hinsa was my Rhodisian Ridgeback. I got him from ridgeback rescue, as a five year old just neutered male. He was a great dog. Big guy, maybe because he wasn't altered until later in life he was very muscular, really handsome dog. Major food thief too. The first week I got him he stole an entire package of chicken breasts (uncooked) off my counter. Oh, and once while DH's cousin was staying with us, Hinsa ate an entire plate of newly made brownies. Those were the days. Lil Miss, I'm ready to lose that 10 pounds with you! You have a beach date, I have clothes to buy for France. We've got to do this! I'm doing OK, went to bed early last night, feel like I've caught up on some of my sleep. Adi, I'm with you, I don't shop anymore at Walmart. I've never liked the way they treat their employees. Or showcase them. |

hey yall!
Still struggling with my bagels pounds! down 2 of the 3 so far. Kritter- I did that and with sour cream dip too! I felt like i little piggy but it was sooo good Dak- i try to plan when and what i'm going off plan with. As soon as i knew i was going to Pa i said Bagels!! and the cookies just happened. I really wanted fries too but i thought that was taking it a little far. I'm still a little wary as what plan will be good for me in the long run. I still have 10, well 13 now, to lose. LM-Trust me, me in a Bathing suit is not that pretty, esp. in the leg area. Its so depressing. I'm sorry to hear that your bed is invaded everynight!. my friend had the same prob until they bought her son a bigger bed. He had a twin and they got a queen, now he sleeps thru the night and never wants to sleep with them. I say cut the bands out, you need to let your muslces build/repair on those off days. adi-So when are we going to see a pic of this hair cut???
