Jan, I got my walking done and came back and did my weights. I added some oxycize in with my weight lifting to see if I can get some more of this waist off. I am so impressed by that woman that does oxycise but did try it before for a while and quit. So maybe there is something to it. I only do the weights on the upper body. But I feel the stretch all the way thru my hips also. Called this morning and made an appointment to have my toe looked at. I think I have an ingrown toenail. Bev diagnosed it this weekend. Have a great day and enjoy supporting Shannon. I would do the same. I called Amy but no body answered. Talk later.

They are not bad... but boy do I get tired.. Mandy has had a lot of homework to get done this week.. Barrett will not be with us today.. Only Mandy so far.. I will get somemore planting in.. I planted 25 peat cups with Zinnia seeds and only 11 came up.. But my 6 sunflowers are doing well.. I also planted some 4o'clocks.. nothing yet.. I don't know if we will plant tomatoes this year.. Emile was not happy withn them last year.. He put up my trellis and now I have to get the roses tied to it.. .. I would love to get a load of mulch but it would be a lot of work to get it all down.. Morning Claire, guess everybody must be busy lately. I am so glad it is Friday. I got up this morning and got my walking done. Then got in the car and went to walmart. Parked far away and walked in and walked around the store, so kept burning those calories. Then got back in car and went 5 more miles and went to another store. So still burning. Then came home and lifted my weights with the oxycise. I was back at 225 this morning, so those other 3 pounds still illuding me. Glad you have company with your granddaughter. I talked to Amy this morning and she got another job. STarts tomorrow night. SAid James and kids supposed to go to Va. to his moms. Heather plans to take Barbara and I to the beach for Mothers day. That will be nice. I am so hot. Got some ribs on cooking for dinner. Got a picnic to bake. Going to put cabbage in with the ribs. Good stuff. Have a great day all Angels. Talk later

Evon, what is Oxicise? Is that Greer Chider's program? I did that once and I lost a lot of inches.
I hope it works for you.
We finally went to see the kids today. Gracie cried so bad when it was time for us to leave. We had so much fun with them. It was 70 degrees so of course we played outside for a good part of our visit.
The girls were in the window watching us leave and waving to us and Gracie still had tears streaming down her face.
We'll see them tomorrow at the shower of course. They said they will help Auntie Janine unwrap her gifts. That should be fun!!

Claire, We buy the mulch in the big bags, scatter them were we want them and just cut them open tip them upside down. It's much easier than have someone drop off a truck load and then having to shovel it to where you want it.
I had a ball with my kids today but being outside in the hot sun playing with them really did me in. Especially after the hectic week Shannon and I had.
Tomorrow morning we will have Janine's shower and then we will be able to get back to the real world and do my normal activities. I tend to be a perfectionist and so is Shannon so we worried over every detail till we thought everything was perfect.

Rebecca you must have been busy today. What did you do? Did you get to spend time with Alyssa and Kim or your mom?

Well I am going straight to bed. I am so tired and I have to wake up really early tomorrow morning. So see you all tomorrow afternoon when we get home. Have a great night dudes!

Yep, spent the afternoon with Alyssa and my Mom. They had a blast together, we too spent the afternoon playing outside, it got up to 73 today, now it's suppose to rain the rest of the weekend and this is the weekend of the Sugar Maple festival in Bellbrook (where I live)

Jan, I lost 1.6 pounds this week, I weighed in this morning. Now, to tackle the other 53 pounds.

Will chat with everyone else tomorrow, I didn't get to sleep til after 4 this morning, took an Advil p.m. at 3:45 and didn't even know we had an earthquake til I heard it at the daycare. Talk to everyone later. Have a great weekend.

Rebecca I heard about the earthquake. How strange. I remember one day I was here all alone and it was like somebody just shook my house. I thought it was just me until I heard on the news that they had an earthquake about 20 miles away. It was not a big one, but it is predicted in the bible. There is going to be a big one that seperates the mountain. So we can watch out. We got up to 80 yesterday. I went walking, and did not change out of my jogging pants and got to work and they had the windows and doors open, and it was warm. But when I came home for dinner, I put my shorts and cotton shirt on. Then went back to work and about 8, went to carry some papers over to the other trailor and a car was sitting in the drive. It was the Sheriff. He got a report there was something going on in the back warehouse, where they had the problem on monday. So I had to get my keys and we took off. Nothing out of the ordinary. Then on the way out, a truck was coming in. I slowed down and recognized it and knew it was one of the construction guys so came on out. The sheriff checked him out. I was standing at the gate when he came out. He stopped and told me he had told him that I would probably lock him in, and he said he had his key. So I locked the gate back after him. Always something going on. Had this one old guy on the phone and he was having a cow because he got his invoice and it said he owed what he had paid. Tried to explain it to him, but he did not want an explanation. He just wanted to crow about something. I hope and pray I dont act as ugly as some of these people do.

Jan, I know you will have fun at the shower. The baby is due next month, right? Funny how it seemed so far away and then all of a sudden the time is near. Kind of like the coming of the Lord. How much is the gas in Rhode Island now. I almost fell out when I came by the station and it was $3.45. Wasn't it only $3.19 last week? I dont remember paying more than that. Wow!!!.

I am going to breakfast with my friend this morning then to work for 4 hours.. I am bushed from the kids also.. We planted the rest of our flowers except my seedlings.. Too early for those.. Jan, that is what we always buy, the bags.. Last year lowes or Home Depot had the bags for $2 a bag.. We bought 30 bags.. Still have a few of them left from last year in the garage.. Just checking in quickly. We have Alyssa so Kim could take Hunter to PetSmart and get a professional bath before it gets busy with the move and all. Hunter is a handful all in himself and coupled with Alyssa, well... it was better to leave her with us.

Evon, gas last week was 3.29 then it went to 3.55. Now it's around 3.45. Ridicilous!!! I wonder how far it will go up til it finally tapers off.

Going to see what John and Alyssa are up to, it's awful quiet, my guess is he's alseep and she's watching a DVD in the bedroom.

Jan, is the shower tomorrow? That's so cool, will the baby live close by?

When does Lynn come home? I bet Claire's working today. Maybe she'll get some cool clothes today

Well the shower was a huge success. Everyone won a prize!
The food was delicious and Janine got mo much stuff it was ridiculous!!!
She loved all her gifts so much.
The cake was as beautiful as it was delicious!!!

Rebecca, glad you had such a nice time with Alyssa and your mom. What kind of a dog is Hunter?
My son and DIL who are having Jillian live about 25 minutes from us. I would go out of my mind if any of my kids moved out of RI.
I don't think they would but we've agreed that if one wants to go we'll all go.
Good for you losing 1.6 this week. Keep it coming off. You'll get to your goal weight again. I am going to have to lose that same darn 6 pounds before I get weighed in by the end of the month.
We have a big piece of leftover shower cake for a snack tonight. Tomorrow I will start all over again.

Claire, I hope you had a nice breakfast this morning. Did you find any good deals at your store?
We raked the mulch around the patio and we have a lot of plants sticking up from the ground. I am so bad though, I don't even know what's coming up.
I do know the ornamental grass.

Evon, Holy Cow!!!! 80 degrees????????? It was very warm here too but I don't think it hit 80!
I couldn't handle people being rude to me. I don't tollerate crap from anyone. I'm not rude to anyone and I won't let anyone be rude to me. I'll say something like that was totally uncalled for and rude and walk away.
I know you can't do that with a customer on the other end of the line and Shannon can't either. But to tell you the truth, I don't know how you can take it. God bless you and my poor Shannon!
The baby is due around June 14th but the doctor said she thinks she may go earlier that her due day. She predicted around the 3rd or 4th which is fine with us.
Gas is around the same price in RI. It costs so much to fill up your tank.

Well, I just managed to lose my post again, so here goes the short version. Spent a few hours with Amy and Maddy and Dylan. Dylan is talking up a storm. He told me he was sick. Amy said one of his tubes came out and now he has an ear infection. Then Janie canceled on me so we did not go out to eat. I am buying Bevs refrigerator. Heather called and asked if I wanted to walk so went to her house and it started to rain and no walking but we watched I can make you thin and will incorporate his techniques.

Yes Jan that is her. Dont she look wonderful for her age. I had a copy of her tape but let somebody borrow it and never got it back. Maybe you need to do the aversion technique with your cakes. He got some woman off of chocolate and she ate about 60 lbs a weeks. I cant even imagine.

Claire, you have fun at work today. Do you work with people you like. I really like most of my coworkers.

Congratulations on your loss Rebecca. Keep up the good work. Did yall get outside today. I took Dylan and Maddy out before we went to the fair. She loves me to tell a story so she can act it out. Today was Goldilocks. I also taught her how to sing, Mama's Little Babies Love Shortening Bread. She loves music also.

I did work yesterday.. I did get some things.. Bought 2 pair of 22w cotton capris..But they are reg. cotton .. don't stretch.. Rather tight fit.. I HAVE to get down 5 this week for sure.. That is my 1st goal.. excersise here I come.. Now I just said that and on the edge of this page is a guy rolling around laughing at me.. Well I'll show him .. Yes I do like the people I work with.. I work with the manager who I knew since I ran St. Vincent de Pauls. And of course there is my friend , the little 80+ year old Sister.. She is a sweatheart.. She keeps us on the straight and narrow.. Of course my Dear sister Jean has been coming in for a couple of hours .. Well have a great week.. Have to go get ready for Mass.. Love, Claire
