Eigna Personal question...Are you "late" yet?
You know better then anyone.....keep UP with whatever you are doing. Maybe your body is just freaking out because of some of the changes. I really hope you will get to your goal and do not have so much trouble of staying there.
Thinking of you!!

Parisfoxhave fun on your trip and enjoy every minute of it.

cutepixy wohooo you are doing really good!!

tina0011 That is really good...way to go!

Gracie514
Good job on keeping up with the exersice.....It does pay off

hello anyone I am missing.

I am slowly getting back to M/E. I am still adding vegetables and when I looked back I loose better with less veggies.
I added my daily coffee. Could not see any difference. Actually ate more when not having coffee.
Still busy with soccer parctice or soccer tournaments and sometimes I end up eating nothing or I am so hungry that I cave for the wrong stuff ( Mostly hungry)

Lost 3.5 pounds since Monday and hope it will keep up. I have been the same weight since December and just getting frustrated. I know exersice is a must and I try to get and stay active but for regular exersice I would have to get up at 6 am and NO thats not going to happen unless the family wants a "B****" around all day. I sleep like cr** and that does not help.
The sun is still missing. I can not wait for garden work and lawn care.

Good morning ladies!

Nice bright sunny day here in Maine ! Yippee.. temps in the 60's. I am so ready for spring. We had a very long winter with a record setting amount of snow! One little pile left to melt on the lawn and its all gone!

Scales stayed the same today. No suprise as I ate out last night and had chicken wings. I think I am going to try to get a nice long walk in tonight.

Graice.. Yes, thats my hubby. We were in our room goofing off with the kids on our cruise. I wishI knew how to make my body like the exercise.. whats your secret?! hehe I 'jogged' a half a mile a couple times while I was out on my walk one day last week.. My quads were so sore for 3 days!!

Mommie2boys.. glad you came out of the 'lurker' closet. hehehe I dont know how you guys drink that egg stuff.. I am not sure I could gag it down. I dont like egg nog.. I "might" try it one day. .....

Cat430.. I have never heard of fries on top of a chef salad???!

Tina... 9 pounds in 8 days ..WOW !!! Thats fantastic. KUTGW!!

Cutie.. you too nice loss, great job!.. what is virgin fat?!

Wenig... LMAO about the 6 a.m. story. My dauther gets up at 430 to be at the gym by 5 sometimes.. ?!

Hope everyone has a great Saturday! I am off to shop a bit just as soon as I get my client out from under the dryer!

Pam

Afternoon, girls!! Had a busy morning. . .1 lacrosse practice, a t-ball game and a baseball game (and I've only got 2 DS's!) So, I packed my morning mug of coffee and took a nice cold egg cream shake with me for after that. Along with all the water I drank out there, I feel like I've been *floating* all morning, if you KWIM. The nice part about la-x practice is that I can read a book while he's out there. . .I'm still working my way through Good Calories, Bad Calories. It's such an interesting read. . .I can't wait to get through the whole thing!

Pam: Virgin fat is "new territory" for you. . .it's when you're losing weight BELOW your lowest weight (or at least a weight you haven't seen in a long time).

Lynn: I, too, have Turbo Jam, but I have not been very good about doing it. Once we have a television in the playroom/computer room, I'll do it in there. I can't get into exercising in my living room in front of the big picture window. No need to frighten the neighbors!

3-7: KUTGW!!

Wenig: Awesome on the 3.5 pounds. I know how it feels to get stuck in the same place for a while. I've been trying to get out of the 150's since November. So frustrating.

Cutepixy: No fair hogging the whoosh fairy!! Hand her over!! Awesome job! You're on a roll (got room on your roll for one more? )

Judy: Hope you're having fun on your trip!

Angie: Your positive attitude is very contagious. Don't worry about a couple of pounds. They say the real test is in your clothes. . .and yours aren't fitting any tighter, so it's all good. Your scale will get it's head back on straight in no time!

To everyone else I'm missing: . Keep working your plan, girls (guys). . .that's what I'm gonna try to do here!

WCBL. . .

Happy Sunday

Good Sunday afternoon ladies, I hope your weekend has been a great one!

Tom is here so I am up. I have vowed to get to 135 before my birthday which gives me a little less than 2 weeks. I have decided once I get there, I will lose another 10 and stay there!

I have been going thru all my "fat clothes" and I have decided to get rid of them all! I have kept so many sizes of clothing around for too long. Hard to believe I was in a 2x top and size 18 jeans.......I so prefer the med tops and the size 6 pants. There is no going back!

We are winding down on our school year, our last day is the 30th of May. The kids as well as all of us are more than ready!

Keep up the great work ladies....you all inspire me!

Have a great week!

Hello everyone. Another busy weekend gone! It always goes so darn fast.
Well, I have started adding in lots of fruits, veggies, and grains due to some "women's" issues. Hopefully it will set me straight again. I'm going to stick with fruits for breakfast, lean meat & veggies & LC grains the rest of the day. Plus, exercise will remain a daily must.

Angie: I've been thinking about you all weekend, hope everything is okay.

Tina: YOU GO GIRL!!! Size 9........that is AWESOME!

Cat: Just set your mind to do it and you will succeed. You're not too far away now, don't give up!

Kim: I bet you're counting the days til school is out! I would love to have the summer off.

Pam: "Virgin fat" makes me crack up! Somebody in here made that up, too funny!

Cutepixy: Hang in there, you're almost in the 180's now! Keep up with your exercising schedule and you'll be there no time flat!

Hugs to everyone else, have a great day!

Hey Everyone!

Well, first the good news, I'm not expecting...TOM is finally starting...I still want to have tests for some other issues though...
I'm writing in a hurry, because I didn't want to leave you guys wondering what was going on...but I have to leave now...
Just a quick question...has anyone gotten their stimulus check yet? I read on Friday they would start coming out today...So....as soon as any of you has news, please let me know, ok?

I'll come back later, but congrats to those who lost...and like most of us struggling, we will do this, no matter what!

Hello!

Scales are being finicky the last few days. I seem to get 3 or 4 different amounts if I step on that many times in a row. So.. I either stayed about the same or I lost about 2 pounds! haha

My rings feel really lose so I think its a loss...

Cat.. don't worry just get right back to plan today!

Gracie.. virgin fat.. well, I have adding to my 'experienced fat' since the birth of my first child. Sooo in that case my virgin fat would be from high school.. and thats the 130's. I guess I should make that my goal?

Angie.. thats good news right?? I hope so.

Talk to you all later !

Pam

Angie... I know thats what you wanted. Hope all your other tests have a good out come.
Not sure about the rebate. Dh handles all finances. Sorry. I will let you know once it is here.
PamelaB. How come you step on that scale multiple times? Do you hope for a better result each time? Sounds like maybe you need a new scale

Today I started the egg cream experiment. Lets just say I never in my whole life ( 37 years) did I have raw eggs. I gave it a shot. Mixed 2 eggs, half/half, sugar twin, vanilla, coffee, ice cubes, and cinnamon. It wasn't bad and very filling. The only thing is I can still smell the egg whites. I am usually not picky at all. Maybe I need to get used to it.

Tom started today and I figure its the perfect day to start this. I am not sure if I will do this 3 times a day but for sure 2 times a day.
I need to do something.

everyone !!

Good afternoon everyone congrats to all you losers out there and to those struggling KUTGW we are all doing AWESOME !!!!!!!!

Angie I'm not quite sure what to say about your news cause I'm not really sure if its a good thing or a bad thing so instead I will say at least your worrying is over and you can concentrate on other things

Well for me over the weekend I managed to stay cheat free but boy at times was it a struggle lol there were even banana flavored Oreo cookies in my place that I ignored .. had they been peanut butter man I would have been toast lol. All in all the weekend was great but man am i glad that the work week is here. I am still having an egg cream a day whether it be a coffee one or one with a bit of strawberries and SF jello.
Today the scale showed me 192.5 hopefully I will be able to get to 190 or 189.5 by the end of the month. My workouts are going well to, last night I did weight training and over an hour of cardio and at one point I yelled at the dang machine that I was on cause my body didn't want to do it but i was determined to finish my speed segment lol For some reasons I feel that the planets have all aligned and I am back on track and fully committed, not sure what ignited the switch in me but my body and mind decided to cooperate and I am finally back on after months of falling off the dang tracks lol.

Good morning losers, lurkers and strugglers.

Well I was back on track yesterday with a cheat-free day and I got in an hour of exercise. I feel great and most of my cheat weight is gone.

Cutepixy ~ WTG! You are doing so great. Glad your planets are aligned

Angie ~ Glad to hear things are doing good. Hope all other tests come back good!

Tina ~ I am attempting the cleaning of the clothes, what a mess that is turning out to be...I'm a clothes horse I won't make it to goal either, but I will be close and being close is better than nothing.

Wenig ~ Good luck with the egg creams, I am sure it will work for you. Just make sure you blend it really good and drink it fast

Pamela ~ I step on mine a couple of times too, not sure why...sometimes it changes, I always take the least amount

Gracie ~ Start slow and hopefully it won't ruin your progress.

Have a great day everyone!

Thanks Cat! I am slowly adding in lots of fruit in the morning and veggies and even LC grains. I actually started getting weird symptoms like restlessness, my eyes hurting, and my TOM cycle g
