Adam - You are really doing great. You should be very proud of yourself. Look at that, almost under 300!! If you can do one cheat free month you can do two!! Keep up the great work. (Thanks for the kind remark earlier!)

thought id volunteer to start mays thread, havent done one as yet, sorta copied the older threads

here it is, hope its ok :http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...l#post10255093

well last nite we did do the next dvd for sculpting in the power 90, it was pretty difficult, my arms are still a bit sore which i geuss is good, they had flippin incline pushups, a mess of dips, otrher pushups, huge amount of squats, etc etc, so much in fact i couldnt ride the bike last nite i was so tired, so the wife and i went to bed early after all that.

weighed in ok today, still under my goal, i hope no one gets upset that im not gonna post a pic in a speedo!!!, but there was no way i could lose 10lbs over the month, it woulda been too much for my present weight, i did however get to my new goal and stayed there for a week, i consider that a victory,

i think we can all agree, we dont want to see any of us in a speedo, so make sure if you do have to post one, do it in the main board please, dont dirty up Camp Charlie with that type of thing

wednesday afternoon

well i had a little run in with a certain chocolate easter bunny that kinda fell outta the freezer opened itself up and jumped in my mouth (numerous pieces)

i was powerless to stop it

but the good news is, i didnt go completely kookoo with it, i ate some and then felt bad enough to go for a 60 minute ride on the stationary bike, i am pretty i sweat all that crap out cause i was drenched, drank a good 2-3 litres of water to flush her out a bit

well looks like we have a few new recruits already in May's thread, should be a good month for all of us

gonna need to find out if any of those MIA guys are coming back, such as Marvin, Currdog, Zam, Epix, BierMug, DougK, Daclark 12, thats all i can think of right now

Going for a run today hopefully I'll get rid of some baggage. Post back later.

Last April check in for me

yeah ooba, i just took a more recent pic though, the other one was from Nov/Oct time, yer quick dude, i changed it within a half hour or so!! but i was just telling the wife im on shirt 3 today for all the sweating ive done

well thats it for April for me, not sure if im looking forward to May 1st weigh in, after the chocolate incident and all, did however have a real good dinner, a couple fast fry pork chops and some LC pasta with some cheddar and broccoli thrown in , was pretty good tasting too!!

just finished the sweat/cardio portion of power 90, did real well except the abs, i couldnt do all the bicycle exercises, they are pretty tough for me, might jump on the bike and go at an easy resistance for a half hour, still feeling bad about the easter bunny!!

ok guys, see ya all tomorrow for the first of the month, hope to hell we dont see any speedos at all !!!! im sure we all did great in April, we already got a few more recruits for May

Heres the new thread BootCamp Charlie For Men (May edition)
