Hi, Meg.

I'm so glad your daughter is feeling better. Strep is nothing to take lightly, that's for sure. As for you, yes, you should have had that extra ovary removed. It was the best thing I ever did.

We are well into fall here in Colorado. Leaves are changing, snow in the mountains, cold nights and gorgeous days. I love autumn. It is my favorite season by far!

Nothing much happening here. My soreness from boot camp is subsiding finally, though I have the feeling I'll ache more days than not. I am staying off the scale until I see my trainer on Saturday, as I promised him. Man, it is a hard promise to keep. My calories are staying around 1800/day, with my caloric burn staying at 4100/day. You would think something would change.

I had run out of thyroid meds and just got back on them this week, so hopefully that will help. I know hypothyroidism causes me to gain weight. I also just got my BP meds today, so will get back on them. I know it is has been dangerously high recently. I also ordered several months worth of everything so I don't run out again.

I hope you get feeling a bit better soon, Meg. Hormones will really get you every time. Boy, I don't miss that!

Enjoy your day and I hope your daughter recovers quickly.

E - boot camp
B - shake, coffee
S - cheese, crackers
L - wrap
D - salmon, veggies
S - shake

Good Friday Morning!

I lied - I worked out this morning and it felt good. It really can become an addiction. I just woke up and felt good. It helps that I have the day off, to myself!

I saw an ad for a morning boot camp at our park but I figure it will be too late for me. I love working 7-3p, a few hours to myself in the morning to get things done and then I don't have to spend all day with a bunch of idiots.

A couple of things I didn't mention this week - because I was really in a foul mood - I finally bought a pair of boots, that come up to the knee. This is a rare thing for me as my upper calves are so big I could never find regular ones that fit and the wide calf one's were way too big because I have smaller ankles. And last night I bought a shirt in the regular ladies dept at Target. Its those little things that make you feel so good. My weight has been hovering around 2 lbs but I have lost another inch on my lower abs!

I am frustrated with my arms, they just won't budge, in fact they feel like they are getting bigger (the arms in my shirts feel tighter) so I may cut down on the bi's and tri strength for a while until I can get rid of some of the fat.

I'm glad you are back on your thyroid and BP meds, its amazing how much of a difference that can make when it comes to weight loss! You'll have to be sure to let me know how you did on your weigh in!!

Take care, have a great weekend and I'll be back!

TGIF!

Congratulations on the new clothing purchases! Regular sizes and high top boots...AMAZING! I am so, so proud of you and your progress! And your 2# hangup...let it go. Remember, your body must adjust to all of the loss, you will have your plateaus and this is just one of them.

I had to take yesterday off from boot camp. I got my BP meds and they dropped my BP drastically and I was out of it. Instead, I went and got a massage last night, which I really needed. It's 8:00 am and I'm still dragging my butt this morning. Just one of those days, I guess. I'll get to the gym tonight for an hour or so and get back to my program.

Enjoy your day of quiet at home and keep up the great work! I'll talk with you on Monday!

Good Friday Morning!

I hope you had a great weekend and took time to let your body adjust to the meds.

Friday was great, I got a lot of needed cleaning done and some shopping. I actually found a pair of jeans that I love at TJ Maxx, I don't think I've ever shopped there before, I'm glad I decided to stop in.

I worked out yesterday and today and overall feeling pretty good. I am ticked off though because we go to BF's parent's house every weekend and when we got there we found out his mom has the flu - she could have at least called to warn us. We got there an it was hotter than heck in there with not one single window open. I'm just glad I didn't bring my daughter.

Off to work, I'm feeling a bit unsettled about something, don't know what it is, I hate having this feeling. O'well, whatever it is I'll survive!

Have a great day.

Well, you are a little confused (wrote happy Friday on a Monday)! So happy you went out and bought jeans. I think jeans are the worst thing to buy for everyone.

Not much to write. I forgot to respond this morning, now am recovering from boot camp and a headache. Whew! Good session, but I'm beat!

Woke up to freezing temps and SNOW today, so that threw me off. More snow expected tomorrow and Wednesday. This means Alethea and I have jammie day this week. Snuggle down and stay out of the cold.

Time for The Big Bang Theory, so I have to go! Talk with you tomorrow!

My mind is wasting away...I think I need to stop the Ambien. I'm extremely forgetful and that is very unusual for me.

So today is Tuesday! Snow - that's an interesting way to welcome Fall! I saw something about it on the news this morning.

Not much happening here, probably because I can't remember!!!

I did workout this morning, there were tons of people there...is there a rush before the holidays I suppose? Just as long as they don't touch my treadmill everyone will be fine!

Okay - off to do something, work I suppose. Have a great day.

Happy Tuesday.

Though I'm not happy about cold and snow so soon it sure helps me sleep. I slept straight through the night again so my bladder was screaming by morning!

Boot camp was great last night. I seriously don't understand how I can be working so hard for so long with no results. It is so frustrating. I will not give up, but it isn't easy to stick with it.

More snow expected today, as well as rain. We are hoping to hit 50 sometime today. I was watching the news on Georgia and I'm really glad I got out of there. It is a mess right now.

So, today will be quiet, hopefully. I might have to take SIL to the dentist. He woke yesterday with a face/tooth ache that is only getting worse. Probably has to get in today.

Have a great day!

Good Wednesday Morning!

This week is flying by for me!! So you still have snow? We have some strangely humid weather and its still in the 80's? The air is thick, I hate that. I think I'd rather see some snow

I don't whether to be happy or mad but I bought some pants over the summer that were too snug on me and I wasn't quite comfy in them so I put them away. I tried them on yesterday and wouldn't you know they are way too big, like obviously - even a belt wouldn't help. Now I know that's great but really, I can't return them now so it's just like wasting money. I need to stop doing that.

I took this morning off from my workout, no real reason. I actually feel great, finally!

Did you do your weigh in last Saturday or is it this weekend? I don't understand how nothing can be chaning, maybe you need to take a week or so off to shake things up? I completely understand the frustration though. I've decided to cut out all cheese this week, which is difficult as I love it so. But, I know I had to cut out Peanut Butter a long time ago and it helped a lot. So this is my little experiment.

Off to work, have a great day. I hope your SIL is feeling better, I hate tooth problems! They are painful.

Good morning, Meg. Woke up this morning to NO SNOW! Woo Hoo! The storm that was expected to plow into Denver never happened. But it is cold out, for sure. I guess I can't postpone tearing out the garden any more as nothing will have survived these past few days in the low 30s. Bummer, but must be done. Not tearing it out was my way of being in serious denial.

Boot camp last night was great. We got done and everyone was shocked it was already over. We worked hard and fast and intense and it just flew by. However, this morning I can feel every squat and pushup we did. I am so glad I'm in this class. I am pushing myself harder every single class and realized yesterday I can get as much out of the class as I put in, so I'm busting my butt even more than normal. Every time they would stop for water, I'd drop and do crunches.

Yesterday I figured out why my grand-daughter keeps getting so snarky and has had a low grade fever for a week. She got two molars yesterday that JUST broke through. Her little face is all puffy and pink. Two more to go!

That's about it for me today. More of the same domestic stuff then boot camp tonight.

B - coffee, shake
L - steak and salad

Just a quick note as I forgot to post this morning and have much going.

I got a text message from my daughter that has been missing for 3+ years last night. She indicated she would call tonight, but I am not holding my breath. I hope she does call as I need to hear her voice, but can't set myself up for a fall again.

Boot camp rocked last night and every day I'm feeling better. I wish the fat would listen to my mind and just go away!

Hope you had a good day!

TGIF!

You daughter has been missing - what's that about, if you don't want to explain I'll understand? I hope she called again

Well, I got on the scale to great news, I'm down another 4 lbs!!! I can't believe it, but I kind of felt like I have. I don't know if it's cutting out the cheese or the drop in calories or a combination of both, which is more likely. But I'm happy and we'll see what happens next week. I really want to hit that 100 lb down mark by the end of this year and I think I can do it.

I'm off work again today, my third mandatory day. I love having time off, especially because I'm really frustrated, but I'll be ticked off come the holidays and I won't have any time left. I plan to search for a new job on my days off. I'll probably do some cleaning and shopping as well. I'm going to pick up another pair of those jeans I found last week because I can tell the one's I bought are going to be too big soon so I'm gonna buy one size smaller - for $13.00 and the great fit I can't pass it up.

So that's about it, I had a great workout this morning. I've noticed that I can push a little harder with the cardio intervals when I do strength first - like my legs feel lighter for some reason - I need to look into that.

Have a great day - again, I hope all goes well with you and your daughter. Let me know how it goes. You can PM me on that if you want.

E: 30 min strength, 15 min cardio interval
B: 3 egg omelet w/ chuck eye steak

TGIF, Meg!

Holy moly, boot camp was awesome this week, but my butt is dragging today. I was able to do things in class the last two nights that I never thought I'd be able to do! I am amazed! I am sore, too, but it is that good kind of sore where you know it is for a good reason.

I think today will be my day off, then back to the gym tomorrow. Today will be enjoying my grandbaby and cleaning the house really good so the kids don't have to deal with a messy house over the weekend. Of course, this means by 5:30 tonight it will be trashed, but that is their problem, not mine.

I will not be looking at a scale in the near future. They are my cryptonite and I can't play into it. I am going to continue to kick my own butt in classes and in the gym and see where it takes me. I'll weigh in another time.

Finally warming up here, though we had violent storms overnight. But no snow today, so woo hoo. The mountains, however, are getting snow as I write this. Here comes winter!!!!

Have a great weekend. Enjoy your day off today.

BTW, you will definitely hit that 100# mark before the end of the year. I know you will.

E - day off
B, L, D - no idea. I'm playing it by ear!

It's Monday already?

It's a windy out there today! But it's been in the lower 70's and upper 60's and I love it!

Weekend was pretty boring, relaxed, watched some football and cleaned a little. Now back to the grind! I had a great workout this morning too.

That's it - need to get something done. How was your weekend? Are you done with bootcamp now?

Have a great day!

Guten morgen and happy Monday, Meg.

As I look out the window this morning I see the neighbor's tree turning a beautiful red, orange and yellow...fall is here for sure. I wanted to go to the mountains to see the aspen change colors, but with all the snow, that probably isn't going to happen.

Glad you got in your workout this morning.

My weekend was okay, low keyed and rather relaxing. I liked it! I cheated and hit the scale on saturday...down 8.5 lbs in 2 weeks! I am finally under 250! Only by a 1/2 lb, but I'll take it. And boot camp - not even close to over. I go 4 days a week for however long I want. It seems to be the thing that kicked my metabolism into gear, so I'm sticking with it. That and I love that I'm able to plank on the ball and roll up into a pike. I never thought I'd be able to do that.

Today I start babysitting an extra child for a few weeks. It is a friend of my DD and the baby is my grand-daughter's best friend. They are very close. It will help mama out until she can find day care. She is going back to work for the first time in several years, so I want to help while I can.

Have a great Monday!

E - chasing 2 little girls around and Boot Camp
B - shake, coffee

Quick response today as I'm busy and tired and sore!

Skipped boot camp tonight so I could meet an old friend for dinner. I will work double hard tomorrow to make up for it. I'm so sore from kicking my own butt last night it is ridiculous!

Don't have a clue what I put in my mouth today (I know, shame on me) but tomorrow is another day of clean eating.

I'll post more tomorrow.

Happy Thursday!

I didn't post yesterday because my mind was racing all over the place. I had a job interview and I didn't want to talk about it - so I wouldn't jinx it! So the interview went great, I think they may offer, but I'm actually a little torn - but I'm not sure what about. I think the biggest factor is health insurance, but really I need to get over it. I'll figure out my reaction when and if they call to offer.

My daughter came home yesterday with a 101 temp and really cranky! She only had the fever and some extreme tiredness, we'll see what this morning brings. She finally fell asleep around 7pm and I've just let her sleep - I'll wake her up in a bit to see what's going on. But we've been told to keep them home until the fever has been gone for 24 hours w/o meds so I guess she'll be staying home today.

That's about it for me, have a great day!

Good morning, Meg. No worries about not posting. I figured you were busy!

So an interview? How awesome is that? I want to know as soon as they make you the offer! I'm really excited for you. What is holding you up on insurance? In my opinion (if you want it) if your company is forcing time off, they are a step away from major layoffs. Let me know what you decide!

I actually had a phone interview yesterday with several follow up emails, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. It is a contract position, which is fine by me. I'll get insurance again, so that is awesome. We'll just have to see if I can get my foot in the door.

Boot camp was killer last night, but I'm really sore today. Between boot camp and the cold front that moved in last night I feel like I got hit by a truck. Hopefully it will get less painful through the day...then more tonight when I hit BC again. I'm insane.

Staying away from the scale again and just pushing forward. I can definitely feel a difference in my body and my bra is now hanging on me, so I guess I'm making progress.

I hope your daughter starts feeling better.

Happy Friday, Meg.

How is your daughter feeling today? I hope she is better and just resting now.

I skipped boot camp last night. My Achilles tendon on my left foot is so inflamed I can barely walk, so I took last night off and tonight will be my off night too, then back to the gym over the weekend for weight training and swimming. By Monday I should be back to normal and able to keep working it at boot camp.

Nothing much happening here. My daughter that was missing for 3 years and texted me and promised to call....never did. I haven't heard a thing from her at all since last week. I'm so pi$$ed at her. I had just gotten to the point where I only had my anxiety attacks about her a few times a month...they have started right back up. I wish she had never contacted me. It's like I have to go through the loss all over again.

I'm hoping to make it to the mountains this weekend to see the aspens changing color. We'll see.

Have a great weekend and I'll check in Monday.

Good Monday Morning!

I'm so sorry about what your daughter is doing to you...I don't have any advice, I just hope you can help yourself as your daughter obviously doesn't care.

I actually slept last night, so well that I decided to skip workingout and sleep in a little longer. So over 1 week w/o Ambien and I think I can handle it. I've also decided to give up coffee. I just need to do it, it's still a major vice for me and I love it sweet and creamy, which isn't doing me any good. I'm still going to have my dr. pepper in the morning, I still need the morning kick. I want to try to get to zero carb as I feel so much better the closer I get. I've been doing tons of research on it and feels its what I need so my 2 vices need to eventually be removed and I'll start with coffee.

So that's about it, fairly relaxing weekend, beautiful fall weather. It's dropping into the 30's and 40's at night but I'm not ready to turn my heat on just yet!

I hope you had a great weekend and that your foot feels better. Talk to you later, have a great day!

Happy Monday...

Give up coffee...I just am not ready for something that big. Coffee is my last vice. I have to have one vice left, right? But, I'm behind you all the way, Meg. I'm sure you can do it and it will be good for you. Maybe if you do it, I can make the move and at least go back to decaf.

And no more ambien? You are a rock star! Good habit to kick.

Boot camp tonight went really good. I'm sore and exhausted, but feeling good. I met with my trainer for 2 hours on Saturday and we just pounded through nutrition. That is where I am struggling and he is going to get me through it. I'm on a very, very strict nutrition plan and hope I can stick with it. I'm not getting hungry, so that is a good thing.

Cold, foggy and rainy here today, so not much happening.

Have a great evening and I'll check in with you in the morning.

Meg, I am concerned with your menu. Are you getting in snacks during the day at all? If not, you aren't taking in near enough calories to sustain your body, which means your body is going to shut down and not let go of your fat any more. I love my Dr. Pepper, but you need more than that in the morning to kick your metabolism into gear for the day.

No fiber, no balance. With less that 1000 calories a day, you are going to hit a serious brain fog at some point that just won't life.

Would you share your thoughts behind eating so very little?

Good Tuesday Kat!

My morning started off busy and I forgot to post.

I've been researching very low to zero carb as a way of life and find that the closer I get the better I feel. I do usually eat in the morning but yesterday I didn't feel so great and didn't think I could. My calories are actually pretty high, when I say I eat burger, I'm eating up to 10 oz w/ lots of fat at one time or I'm eating 10 oz (roughly) of steak. I'm probably closer to 1500-2000 daily, especially because I eat the fat on purpose.

No fiber = happy body for me. I've always had problems with digestion, in fact I've always had to take magnesium and other stuff to keep me going, barely, on a daily basis. I've been able to cut the supplements out and go just fine on my own and the bloating gone 99% of the time (other than the monthly hormonal surges).

I have amazing energy when it comes to working out, sure I get tired and have to drag my butt in some days but once I get going I'm good. I do HIIT 3 days/week and full body strength 2 days followed by some quick intervals.

I've always been extremely insulin resistant and it really messed with my body, espcially when they pushed tons of insulin during my pregnancy. I'm finding that the slightest things will cue and insulin response, which is why I cut out coffee - I can't drink it black and I prefer it sweet (even w/ artificial stuff) so it had to go. The Dr. Pepper needs to go, one thing at a time!

I promise I'm doing great, I eat until full, the fat really helps keep my brain clear (especially now that I've dumped the Ambien), I have tons of energy for working out (most days) and I'm losing inches/weight. I wish I had realized that veggies weren't necessary a long time ago. The whole carb ladder and substituting really messed with me - I lost control and still needed something sweet all while convincing myself I was doing low carb.

I'm blabbering at this point, sorry! All in all - I'm doing great. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I'm getting away from the 3 meals/day thought and just eating when I feel necessary (and hungry). The days I don't exercise, I'm not hungry so I may not eat breakfast.

Okay - have to run, its raining and cold. Oh, and I need to start looking for a new car. Isn't that typical - get a new job - good old trusty car decides to die, not completely but just close enough and I don't have time to screw around with that.

Have a great day, I'll check back tomorrow!

E: 40 min cardio
Food: 6 oz chuck eye, 8 oz fatty burger - probably more burger (I got a great deal)

Happy Thursday. Sorry for not posting yesterday. I got busy and never had time to post.

I'm still staying focused, avoiding the scale and keeping on a very strict eating plan. At least when I get hungry I have the whey shakes. They are very, very low in carbs (2g/serv) which is awesome.

Boot camp gets no easier, but that is because I'm pushing myself every class. I can do full push-ups now, full planks, etc. I am sore every morning too. Since I can't do jumping or any impact, when the rest of the folks are doing things I can't I am doing squat versions of their exercises. My legs and butt are going to look great someday at this rate. While doing planks last night I happened to look down my shirt (better me than someone else) and realized that I now have two completely different sized breasts. Obviously my left breast didn't get the memo about going away... I hope they even out some day.

I've booked my flight to Washington for Thanksgiving. I couldn't pass up the deal...$200 round trip. So, I'll spend 7 days with my oldest daughter and grandbaby. Since my DD has to work most of the time (she's a Walgreen's manager, so very little time off), I get to hang out with my grandbaby and enjoy my time with her. I'll be buying some games that I think she'll like and that will keep us busy.

Today we are preparing for an official snow storm. It is cold and misty out, to turn to snow shortly. We aren't expecting much at all, but this is the beginning of what might prove to be a really rough winter.

Okay, I'm off to do my stuff.

Keep up the great work and post when you get time.

Kat

PS - How did your manager take your resignation? I'm so excited for you to start your new job!

E - boot camp
B - shake and coffee
S - 1 egg
L - turkey wrap
S - shake
D - lean protein

Well, it's Friday and raining and my car almost completely died on the way to work so I turned around and somehow made it home. Guess I will be getting a new car this weekend, I'm pretty sure it's the transmission - she's been giving me plenty of warning signs but nobody will take me seriously. The dang mechanics want to run all of these diagnostics, replace wires and plugs, etc. but I'm not paying a few hundred dollars for them to tell me what I know - it's something to do with my transmission. And from what I've learned, if the transmission is bad, other problems are right behind it and it's best to move on. I love my car but I think her time has come - she's been great to me though!

Sounds like you will have a wonderful Thanksgiving! You did get a great deal, especially for the holidays! We don't have snow yet but it's been raining, and raining, and raining...and it's been chilly out.

I found out yesterday they won't be replacing my position (yeah, keep telling me that it was secure) - unfortunately my Manager thought she was going to post it but her boss told her yesterday they weren't - so she's freaking out now, and rightfully so - she may have to actually work! I get to spend all of my time showing her what I do, because she has no clue! I cannot wait to leave that place, everyday I get wonderful reminders of why I bailed!

Okay - off to find a ride to work - for some reason I hate being driven by other people and being at work w/o a car, makes me feel vulnerable I guess. But I do need to go and try to show my boss how to do something! 1 more week there!!!

Oh yeah, I did drop 2 lbs last week but forgot to post, only changed my stats - nothing this week but holding steady. I know that I'm losing inches though because my clothes are much bigger, the one's I just recently bought! Frustrating but good.

Have a great day and great weekend. Hopefully I'll find a car (and someone to finance my debt-ridden butt) and things will work out.

E: none, took almost the whole week off - needed a break
B/L: burgers
D: mexican fajita meat

Good morning and happy Friday! Only one week to go and you get to start a whole new part of your life! Isn't getting a new job great?

My daughter is now actively looking for work since she took time away from her family, in addition to her working, to get her CPC certification with the promise from her company for a raise when she was certified. They gave her a review this week, told her how amazing she was doing, how valuable she was...then nothing. She asked about the raise and of course, it isn't in the budget, but maybe next year. Now, they are looking for reasons to give her a poor review so they don't have to give her a raise. So, onward for her. Also, she is pregnant again, but doesn't know I know she is. I'm not saying anything until she does. Woo Hoo! Another baby to love.

Good job on another 2 lbs down and even better on the clothes! It is a double-edge sword, isn't it? I will be going through the same thing though. I just went to Tall Girl for my clothes because I found out they are closing all stores in America (I'm so pi$$ed), but I am starting to drop a lot of inches quickly. Those new jeans are in the dryer right now, hopefully shrinking a bit!

I skipped boot camp last night because it was cold, snowy and I was still in my PJs from the day. We had PJ day and I just couldn't get up energy to go anywhere. It was nice to rest, but I find if I skip boot camp or don't get in a major workout every day, I toss and turn all night long and wake up feeling horrible. I'll hit the gym tonight for a couple of hours, which includes the hot tub, then I'll sleep!

Enjoy your weekend and I'll check in Monday!

E - gym
B - shake and coffee
S - shake (whey)
L - turkey and cheese
S - whey shake
D - protein of some sort

And on a sad note, I just received word my ex-husband passed away. Despite being divorced, I always loved him.

RIP Rusty.

Good Monday Morning!

I'm sorry to hear about your ex, of course you loved him, you did marry him.

But on a lighter note, an early congrat's is in order - another baby! How has your daughter not told you? Is it too early for her to tell people?

Well, I did it, I bought a car - a nice one too. I'm not thrilled about having payments and all but it's a beautiful car and it will be reliable and that's all that matters at this point. I got a 96 For Fusion and love it so. I got a great deal, haggled a bit and bit the bullet.

Had a great workout this morning, it felt great after having so much time off. But I have a busy day today, this is my last week!!! I have to go get a copy of my old car title because I cannot find it anywhere, then I have my 6 mo follow up from my surgery - so another mammo and while I'm out that way I'll go visit my old co-worker and get her up to date on everything going on in my life! All this while trying to work a full day, oh and I have to then take the title back to the car place, and of course I chose one the farthest away cities to go to!

Okay - that's it for me, I hope you have a great day!

E: 30 min cardio/intervals
B/L: burgers
D: not sure, possibly shrimp and steak?

And were on to Tuesday!

Had my 6 month mammo follow up - everything is clear and they were impressed with my scar, Vitamin E Oil is an amazing thing!

Couldn't get a copy of my title because the bank never informed the title agency that it was paid off. Now I'm wasting time trying to get this letter faxed to me - then I can get the copy and then I can take it to the dealer - nothing is ever simple. I paid the damn thing off 5 years ago! All they sent me was the title, no paperwork saying they stopped informing the title agency.

On a positive note, had a great workout this morning. While I'm doing my strength I can watch all of the people on the cardio machines and it's an interesting thing. One lady does the stair stepper thing and she pretty much rests her entire upper body on the console - that can't be good for her back! Oh well, not my problem.

My boss didn't come to work yesterday, as usual, which really ticks me off though because she has yet to learn a dang thing and yet she keeps stressing how she needs to. Just like everything else, it will come down to the last minute and I don't like it!

So I'm off to do something, I think I clear out my personal stuff, just to give myself a good smile! Have a great day!

E: 30 min strength, 15 min arse kicking HIIT
B/L: burgers
D: meat of some sort!

Good morning and happy Tuesday, Meg. So sorry I forgot to post. I was just busy yesterday.

Yes, watching others work out always amuses me. Bad form always drives me crazy. I want to go over and correct them, but make myself resist the temptation. When you lay on top of the stair machine, you are not working your core and aren't getting a good workout. It is really a waste of time.

Another cold, foggy day here in Colorado. I miss my sunshine. This is going to be a rough, rough winter.

Woo Hoo! A new car! Isn't it a great feeling? Don't you feel zippy driving around in a new car? I'm so glad you gave in and bought on. Not just for a good car for work, but you need a reliable vehicle when you have a child. Absolutely essential!

Boot camp was great last night. I like the small, small classes; I get more out of them and don't feel lost in the crowd. I figured out why my legs and butt always hurt...while everyone else is doing impact I change it up to squats so I am working hard, but not doing impact. Well, it is working...my legs and butt are really getting nice!

I put on clothes this weekend and what I thought were my "fat pants" and they fell off, then I realized they weren't my fat clothes, but my regular pants. The scale isn't moving, but the inches are dripping off. I am happy because I bought some new clothes at Tall Girl and now feel good when I wear them.

So, I'm off to get the baby up.

Keep up the great work, enjoy the car and if you manager can't make it in for training, not your problem. Closing Friday you walk out. Not your issue any longer.

Talk with you tomorrow.

E - boot camp
B - coffee, eggs
S - whey shake
L - chicken and salad
S - whey shake
D - chicken and veggies
