President's Fitness Challenge

Hi all,

I'm very new to this board, but thought I'd throw this out anyway.

President's Fitness Challenge: Basically, you log your activity and work towards different awards. The goal is to encourage you to be active on a regular basis. You can check out President's Challenge for more information.

If interested, instructions are below. A handful of people from the Atkins board joined, and I thought someone here might also want to join in the fun. I've been doing it since March 1. You can compare yourself to others in the group, but it's really an individual challenge.

To join, follow these steps:
1. Register yourself as an individual (so that you have a unique username and password).
2. In the "home" tab of your dashboard, you'll see a heading called "You belong to the following groups". Click on "view groups".
3. On the right side of the page, you'll see "Join a group".
4. The group ID number is 68056 (Atkins_Advantage)
5. Group member ID is your login name.
6. Press "add". Hopefully, you'll be a part of this group.

Had one person from this board join up. I invite newer members to join.

No pressure. Just log activity that you already probably do and earn cool metals.
