So I bounced a little bit this past weekend. I was up almost 1/2 a pound Saturday morning (not sure why), stayed the same on Sunday, but then I was up a whole pound this morning. Couldn't have been that my DH went and picked up Chinese food and I had six Oreos for dinner last night! and it really didn't make me happy, I will try to keep that in mind next time Back on the horse today and I will get all my water in which should help to get all the sodium out from the Chinese food.

AlphaBeth1017

and back to dr4g0nfly - you are too funny I think I remember that truck vaguely...
and of course to thenewme2be - always great to read your posts!

Congrats to all the losers KUTGW, you are awesome.

Happy St Patricks Day!

Hi Everyone!

Had a bit of a busy weekend, and made it thru very well...but on Saturday evening, my hubby wanted us to watch a movie at home and poured a glass of Bailey's I drank very little of it, but yesterday I was up 0.8 of a pound...But yesterday I stayed on plan pretty well, and went to bed early...unfortunately I woke up at around 11pm...with some kind of anxiety attack..it was SOO horrible! I can't really explain it...had some camomille, went back to bed and it was worse....so I turned the tv on..and then I started looking for sweets I ate a cinnamon roll...but today I was down 0.2 of a pound...I plan to excersise really hard and drink a lot of water....to see if it doesn't show tomorrow..

New2bme: Thanks for the birthday wishes! So glad to see you back! no matter how much you weight! You'll lose them soon, as long as you worry about your health and boy, you know...you're on the right track!

MyCarolina: Glad to see you back also! And you're losing weight so fast it's awesome! just don't get discouraged, and if you fall off the wagon, just come back on!

Paris and Gilly: KUTGW!

dr4g0nfly and alphabet: You're on the right track!

Cutepixi: Hope you feel better soon!

Everyone I'm not mentioning, sorry, but HI! Let's do this! Have a great St. Patricks!

Take Care...

thanks Paris, for the info...I'm doing ok, with modifications...

I know I should be very, very strict...but I really have a hard time without a cup of decaf or a cup of tea...the cream and 1 splenda help with any sweet cravings...I just made a london broil, and some shrimp scampi for dh...I know I will have a few shrimp...I feel great, though...I did lose a few (maybe 2 lbs) and I've been walking a lot...so I'm not letting the scale dictate! I will check the scale again next Monday...! Also, how do those FUZi drinks taste? I saw them at costco, but thought they'd be too high carb...What's the deal? Thanks for the support! Beth

Beth....You can have decaf coffee and decaf tea. It's just caffeine drinks that you should avoid. And that includes diet soda if it has caffeine.
Have you tried the liquid splenda? It doesn't have any carbs and only takes like 1 drop for a cuppa. It's called Sweetzfree.
The only place I know of to get it is here: Sweetzfree , No Calories, No Carbs, No Fillers!

Hi, Angie and Lynn....Good to see you both. KUTGW. We're getting there!!

Great job Judy! Down down we go!

Eigna, Thank you! I am trying so hard to stick with it. I know I'm losing fast right now. I hope it doesn't slow down too much, I know it will soon. I hope you get to feeling better.

Lynn, Hi. I've been wondering how you were doing. Don't let TOM stop you from doing this.

Beth, The Fuze drinks are amazing! I just love them! They have the slenderize drinks that are lowcarb. Each bottle is 2 servings and they have between 1- 2 carbs per serving. I just drink 1/2 a bottle for a sweet treat or pick me up. They are loaded with vitamins and supplements for weight loss. They were on sale at Bi- Low for $1.00 each until today. I stock up on them because they are almost $2.00 normally. Walmart sells them for $1.50 though. You really should try them.

Well I've got to try to go back to bed. I am getting a cold. I have felt week all day and my face was really red and hot earlier. I woke up around 10 and my throat is sore and itchy. I'm thinking about buying that Zicam stuff. has anyone tried it to stop a cold? Well night night ladies!

Morning girls! I'm down again today another 1.6 pounds to 209! Boy this is really working now that I've cut out all the soda, no junk and tons of water. I bought a huge box of eggs, like 5 dozen. LOL 2 1/2 are for Easter but it was funny at the checkout. Well I'm off to have a shake with 2 eggs and WATER. I hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Everyone,

I'm down about 3 pounds since last Wednesday. I think TOM is on its way, so I'm not losing as quickly as usual. I also slipped up a little on Saturday night. We went to P.F. Changs for a friend's birthday and they served a bunch of different entrees family style, so I couldn't really choose my meal. Oh well, I got right back on track Sunday morning.

I've had to add back in some vegetables because I'm having a major problem staying regular with just eating meat and eggs. What do you guys do to help things move along?

I bounced UP 0.2 of a pound....which really isn't any worse than "holding" so I'm not too concerned. I did have more calories than normal yesterday.

Virgo...I use magnesium pills to "keep things moving." You should be taking Calcium/Magnesium every day anyway. Just up the magnesium until you find the dose that works for you. I just get the cheapo magnesium pills that Walmart sells. I "think" they are 400mg each. Be careful you don't take too much or you will have the opposite problem.

Good Morning Everyone!

Well, After being very good yesterday, I was UP 1.1 pounds this morning!
I think I overdid it with the exercise yesterday (over 1 hour walking/jogging) because I feel sore all over, so I'm guessing that pound is water retention...Anyway...I feel good I'm doing something for myself!
MyCarolina: You're doing so great! Congrats on the loss and keep it up! don't blow the momentum!
Alphabeth: I know a lot of people here don't do it, but I'm a confessed coffee addict, and I've NEVER left it since I started this almost a year ago...not even when I was losing 0.5-1 pound a day...It did not affect my weight loss...although everyone is different...you have to judge for yourself.
Paris: Hope tomorrow takes that little weight off along with a whole new pound!
Virgo: Flax seed muffins do the trick for me...but they may stall some people...Try one in the morning.

Everyone I'm not mentioning HI! Let's KUTGW, hope you're all doing GREAT!

Have a nice one...

angie! i agree!! coffee actually helps me i think! it decreases my appetite, gives me a bit of energy, and keeps me regular. i hadn't really started drinking it til the beginning of this year. but now i have it daily!

i think i've finally found what works for me:
EGGS, coffee, lots of water!!, tuna, and taking my vitamins!

i'm happy!! the scale keeps moving down! let's hope that continues!

^Me too! Coffee helps me. It keeps me from snacking. I take it with about half a teaspoon of coconut oil and its so good. I also discovered that when I have eggs for two meals/day I lose weight. But then again it might just be purely coincidental.

Well I lost the extra pound I put on from this weekend and lost two more along with it. I am thrilled

Congrats to all you losers!

Angie- When I exercised and got sore I gained a pound, I think it was the water retention too! It will be gone quickly I'm sure.

Congrats MyCarolinaGirls on the weightloss, hope it never stops!

Gillygum: finding what works for you is a big struggle, congrats on finding it

Coffee and magnesium keeps me regular as well!

KUTGW everyone, hope the whoosh fairy comes your way!

I've been bouncing around the past couple of days. I know TOM is looming...plus I've got a head cold/tummy thing that's not helping.

Oh well, I'm sticking to mostly meat/eggs. I did have a flax muffin on monday night followed by bacon and eggs the next morning, that helped with the constipation issue.

This morning I had 3 eggs, 1 slice provolone cheese, and a sprinkle of real bacon bits...

I'll probably have tuna for lunch and dinner, maybe over lettuce for a little extra fiber. I know it's not technically meat/eggs, but it's way cleaner than I normally eat, which is a good thing.

Sounds like I need to take up drinking coffee...I did have a coffee from Starbucks last night for the first time in a while...but that has yet to do anything

Good Morning everyone:

I'm FINALLY down 2.1 pounds BUT I did even more exercise yesterday than the day before (around an hour and a half) and now I'm REALLY sore...I'll just do like 20 minutes today and relax and see how it goes...
About the coffee again...everyone has to see what works for them and if it doesn't stall you, then why give it up...I just don't want anyone to think I'm encouraging it's use....for me, as I said, is an addiction like any other and you all know that all addictions are bad...
I hope everyone is doing great, we'll keep in touch, let's KUTGW!

Take Care...

Hello Ladies!

Angie I love your new pic ~ you look great! All your exercise is really paying off! I'm struggling with staying strict M/E as TOM is due on Saturday. I really crave chocolate the week before TOM. Oh well, I may just wait it out and start over new once TOM starts. It's those darn hormones

I also find that coffee helps "move things along" plus gives me energy. I usually have 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at about 2 pm. It has never really caused a stall for me, but everyone is different. You just have to see what works best for you.

Everyone KUTGW, summer is just around the corner!

Bounced up another 0.2 of a pound. Yesterday was on plan and today will be too. So far I've had a protein shake for lunch and a boiled egg for a snack. Having a NY Strip steak and a small lettuce salad w/Ranch dressing for dinner.

Congrats to all the losers....and hugs to those struggling....

Hi girls! Well i was up this morning??? 1 pound. I'm not sure why? No worries though. I've got a long road ahead of me and I'm doing great so far.

I had a shake fro breakfast and a boiled egg. Three slices of roast beef for lunch and 1/2 of a pork steak for dinner. A ton of water too. Oh and a fuze today. LOL I hope I'm down in the morning!

Congrats Eigna and Cat on your losses!

Judy just stick with it. It's weird how the scale can go up and down in one day isn't it. ?? As long as we try the weight will come off.

TTYL girls. I'm ready for bed!

Yayy!!! Spring begins tomorrow!!!!

Congratulations everyone with keeping on track!

I still have small amounts of veggies and cheese sometimes with M&E. For example, onions and cheddar in my omelets, and then today I somewhat veered and had a few bites of cottage cheese. But at least it was still LC?

I had no loss this morning, but no gain either. I'm the exact same as yesterday, 154.4. But TOM just arrived yesterday, so I'm just happy I didn't go UP!

HAPPY SPRING

Finally spring is here I am so excited.

Angie & Gilly - love the new pics, you both look great!

Virgo - Like Angie coffee is an addiction so I wouldn't take it up just to get yourself moving.

Gracie - Hang in there, hopefully it will be over soon. I will never give up chocolate completely I it too much

Mycarolinagirls - Hope the weight is off today, you look like you ate really great yesterday. Sometimes you just bounce

I was up two ounces yesterday, but am down a half pound today. I have exercised everyday and stayed on plan. I am heading to Atlanta at the end of next week so I want to feel good in those shorts.

Congrats to all you losers and to all those struggling with the craving demons.

Good morning everyone!

Happy to report that I am down to 230.2 this morning. I've been bouncing between 231 and 232, so I was happy to see that.

I just had a flax muffin w/ peanut butter for breakfast.

Carolina-You may be retaining water from the sodium in the roast beef and pork. Just drink lots of water today and you'll be fine.

Gilly-If you holding steady and TOM just arrived, you're sure to have a whoosh!
