Just updating the rest of my food for the day:

Add to the Snack: 2 oz cheese, 5 pork rinds (darn tasty buggers)
Dinner: loaded broccoli (cheese, sour cream, 2 slices bacon, chopped)
S: small protein shake (maybe this was part of dinner. . .I had them one right after the other. . .but it was sweet so I'm giving myself permission to call it dessert!! )

Done.

I've found you!!! I am back on LCF after awhile. I have been sticking to low carb eating most of the time, but find myself getting off track all too often. I started M&E today to jump start my plan again. I am a little woozy with a headache. I guess that's a good sign.
I'm going to weigh tomorrow morning, as long as I can remember... I'd like to see a 5 pound drop this week!
