Hey guys. It's been a hectic few days. We've been painting 3 rooms in our house. Friday and Saturday were spent moving furniture and painting, Sunday was spent cleaning up the aftermath of all the furniture moving, lol.
I haven't done as well watching what I eat as I should have, but so far today I'm back on track.
I hope everyone else is doing well!

Hey Everyone im checking in i haven't been on the boards in a couple of days..(fell of the Low-Carb wagon)...But im getting Progressively better day by day, i know i will have to Re-Induct soon,because my cravings are completely back,and my skin is back "Dull"...my weight is STILL then same, my exercise is still primarily Walking,and im taking more vitamins and starting today will be Increasing my water intake to at least 64oz(but aiming for More) .....OH and sadly i've been Binging on Carmel...Full sugar Carmel syrup(in my homemade iced coffee),Carmel Frappacinos(from Starbucks),Twix Candy Bars....I don't know why? im SOO out of Control......Hope everybody is ok.

Hey TT. Glad to hear you're doing better.
I have done pretty poorly this week. I upped my carbs because money was tight and ramen noodles are cheap, lol. Soooo not worth it. I ended up eating other things I shouldn't, like way to many sunflower seeds and just eating when I wasn't hungry. Coffee creamer has also been holding me back. I use way more than I need, plus it has trans fat in it.
Yesterday I bagged up all the high carb stuff and decided to put it away and go back to low carb. I've been doing well since then!

It seems all of us got a little off track. I started TOM last week and I had everything from Panda Express to Pizza Hut to Taco Bell. I hadn't went off plan like that in a while. But I am back on. Luckily after TOM was over, I didn't gain more than 5 pounds, but I am working hard to work that off. My goal is to be down to 185 by the end of the month; 180 if possible.

Hi TT!
Things have been pretty hectic lately, my schedule has gotten much busier than usual I have not been eating low carb, and I've seen a lot of bad eating habits sneaking back in. I'm back on low carb as of today. I stayed up late last night cooking some low carb meals that I could eat today. I'm also planning on dealing with those bad eating habits! Thankfully I have not gained any weight over the last couple of weeks, mostly because my activity level has been up I think.
Things have been very hectic here, and I've used that as an excuse to not monitor my eating, but I think I'm on the road to getting my eating back in check.
I hope everyone else is doing okay!

YAY ME!

Hey everybody i got back Low-Carbing today, i've Done Very well!... well except for the fact i ate a piece of watermelon!.i couldn't throw it away, i threw away the chips and snacks BUT i couldn't Justify throwing the melon away ...but once im completely through with it, i will Not buy anymore for a LONG while...i will do better with water tomorrow i got in about (36 oz) today!...i Know...i Know...That is Horrible...im usually really good with that.
